This is one of the worst cosmo profs Ive ever been to. The manager is the sweetest, I only like going there when she is working because shes the most helpful, cheerful, happiest person in the world!However, this one employee who is there quite often Is the rudest person Ive ever met in customer service. Shes never happy, never smiles, always has an attitude, if you ask her if they have a specific product shell immediately say nope, or if its not out there then we dont have it then go back to her cell phone as if I was the one interrupting her when she is at work! God forbid you have to actually get up and do something! Isnt that what your being paid for? To work?? Ridiculous!The first time I saw her I thought she was just having a bad day, but the more I went and she was working, the more observant I became. She doesnt like to work, help you look or find something, she doesnt like to do anything. People like that should not be in customer service at all!

Love the manager Brandi! Always helps me find what Im looking for whether I know what it is or not! The whole staff is great, playful and luvely!
