Our first experience with Pedego was in Aiken, SC. We had a fabulous time. Learning to use electric bikes was easier than expected and fully explained with a trial run offered to make sure we were safe to venture out on our own. The four of us had great time sightseeing at our leisure. Pick up, drop off, and instructions were handled promptly and professionally. We highly recommend use of Pedego’s services.

Discovered a gem! The concepts are simple: presentation, quality, and vibe. How do you make the customer “FEEL” when they are at your store? This place pretty much had me as I drove by…before I even parked. Their doors were propped open in an inviting way, with new bikes lining each side of the entrance. It looked and felt like a cool resort shop from a past vacation, instantly putting me in a good mood. The inside had the same vibe, equipped with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Due to their well-kept website, I was able to research and narrow my choices before the visit. I walked in, shared my interests, and they set me up with some test rides. 45 minutes later I walked out with a new e-bike. After 31 years with the same mountain bike, I deserved an upgrade. Big investment, but the happiness I feel when riding…priceless. Quality…of…life! Thank you, Pedego of Aiken.

Our entire experience with Pedego Aiken was amazing.They welcomed us as though we were old friends. We signed up for an ebike tour of Aiken. We went in the day before before to learn how to ride an ebike. The tour was wonderful. Our leader was so knowledgeable about the lovely city of Aiken. We love the Pedego Boomerang. My husband and I are purchasing one for each of us. I am 77 and the Pedego is putting me back on the biking trail 🤗

This was the perfect activity for an afternoon. The bikes are easy to handle and fun to ride. The tour personnel were beyond awesome! Very friendly and informative. I am new to the area and the bike tour really allowed us to see hidden treasures all over the city. I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of fitness level. Great fun!

Although our route was limited, it was extremely pleasant and relaxing for us to ride our electric bikes throughout the peaceful community of Woodside. Making only one stop to enjoy a cup of delicious gelato we finished our ride with a feeling of enjoyment time fulfilled as needed! Two thumbs up.

No pressure assistance in getting up to speed on ebikes and the features. Freeman was more than happy to pull out the bikes I was interested in and allowed me to test drive them all! I was most interested in the difference between pedal assist and torque assist and got to feel the difference first hand.There is one bike I would like to try before a final decision (Ridge Rider) but am pretty certain my wife will get a red City Commuter!

Staff & customer service was great. Pedego Aiken is a great shopping experience. Everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable. They let you test ride any of their bikes & make sure you are getting just the right one for what you want to do. They also have some great gear & accessories so you walk out with everything you need to start enjoying your Pedego. I highly recommend visiting them & trying out one of their bikes. Tip: take one of their guided bike tours of Aiken to not only try out a bike, but to learn a lot about Aiken’s history while experiencing the small town charm from a local’s perspective.

Great experience with Freeman Coleman and the whole team at Pedego bikes today. We showed up with our 11 and 5 year old grand kids and they had us test riding in 5 minutes, including our grandson riding in tow. Customer service is the best! They are friendly and knowledgeable and like what they are doing. It was all fun and no pressure to buy. Riding the Pedegos is fun and easy. They have a good inventory and all the accessories you could want. I bought the best bike rack I have ever seen, a Kuat. Freeman had one on his car and showed me the features...sturdy, functional and easy to use. We are deciding on the bike models we want, and will soon be customers. Most fun experience I’ve had in some time. Highly recommend you pay them a visit.

We had been interested in buying an electric bike for our 19 year old daughter for a while. We visited the Aiken bike shop and Coker talked us through all the options available and explained clearly the difference between each. We settled on a bike and Coker suggested we all 3 go for a bike ride to test out our choice. Such fun - none of us had ridden electric bikes before and really enjoyed the experience. So easy and FAST!! Coker and Austin were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We worked out a deal and they are delivering the bike in two days. Great experience!

Super awesome shop, needed a nice skateboard helmet for my onewheel and couldn’t find one anywhere. Found on google, called and they had it ready for me when I got there exactly what I wanted. They even gave me two free bike rentals for me and my girlfriend!!!

We had our first test drive at Pedego yesterday and it was fun! Freeman was so accommodating and helpful, we got to try out several of their ebikes. We especially like the ones with a throttle so we could get a boost or just let the bike power us if our legs got tired. Worth considering if you are out shopping for an ebike.

My husband and I tried out Pedego Electric Bikes today for the first time and we had a blast! Coker and Freeman are very knowledgeable, helpful and loads of fun! Do hills bother you? With Pedego Electric Bikes, hills are fun! We took them out for an hour and explored so much farther than with traditional bikes or on foot. This is a great product and well run business. Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer a wide range of e-cycle options. My wife and I are particularly interested in the foldable because we travel in an RV full-time. The foldable e-cycle well post to be able to be more mobile reviewing attractions and enjoy trails. It was nice to have an opportunity to actually try several different control types including the torque controller and also the cadence controller on a couple of different bikes. Obviously, each has its advantages and disadvantage is and people certainly will have preferences. But without actually trying them out, how in the world would you know. Pedagogy offers a higher end eCycle it looks like it would be reliable in suit a wide range of needs. They also have a wide array of accessories the suit every need you could have. Great place, great stuff, great staff.

Had a great ride around Aiken on a Pedego bike. It was a smooth ride and did not have to work up a sweat, just enjoy the open air and Aiken sites.

While evacuated from Hurricane, we decided to try out the E-bikes in Aiken, SC. When we arrived the owner Coker told us we could ride for free due to being evacuated- how nice is that! We rode for over an hour up and down hills and fell in love with the bikes, truly it was exhilirating. Freeman, one of the techs, explained everything about the bikes, the differences between models- Cannot say enough how nice they all were. No pressure sales - just passionate about their product. We made the decision to buy and are waiting for our new City Commuter Black Edition with Mag Wheels. WE are proud to be in the Pedego club!
