I think they make up prices as they go. Chips 2.59. Ginger ale 1.99 when sign says .99. This is robbery. These 3 items totaled $7.10.

Owner was more concerned with talking to regular customer than assisting a new one. Went back in NC I forgot receipt, still not friendly, could use better customer service.

Horrible place all together. The worst customer service. The only people that work there are the owners, and theyre each so rude in their own way. When you call, they will hang up in your face if they dont want to hear what you have to say. If you try calling back, either pick up & immediately hang up or just no answer(caller ID). They Over charge to cash a check. Charged me $28 to cash a $320 check. I asked if he could please do any less than that because I really need every dollar that I worked hard for, and he says no he has to. No, you dont, you own this place and taking advantage of people. I worked for a family owned gas station that cashed checks. It costs them about $3 to $5 to cash a check depending on size. $5 would be for something around $1000 check. So they are stealing from people abt way they can. Also gas is always priced higher than everywhere else too.

Bad customer service over the phone just now male answered said Im busy why you calling hangs up. I was asking to speak with the owner of 3 way from Richland Avenue west The savage lady at 3 way gave me extremely poor customer service no greeting and threw my receipt inside the the bag I simply said for her to hand it next time. She replys by saying whats my problem. I asked to speak with owner or supervisor or a phone number she says I cant give it to you go!! As a citizen of Aiken and the rest shouldnt be treated with bad customer service.

Gas is overpriced. Pretty blah one the inside. Staff is usually rude and very difficult to understand due to accents and mumbling and get annoyed when you ask them to repeat themselves. Have a $5 limit on card use so you cant just run in and grab a soda or a pack of gum. 2 stars instead of 1 just because it’s easy to get in an out of (bc there usually not many people there).

I was just ignored while they joked with lottery players. I asked for an iPhone charger, he laughed at something else for 5 seconds and then asked what I wanted. He got the charger, put it on the table, then looked away I suppose waiting until I handed him my card. I handed him the card while asking the price and he ignored me, typed $6 in the cash register and ran my card. Not a word was spoken to me. Go a little bit further to the BP.
