The most slow, rude, incompetent pharmacy this side of the river. (Or possibly anywhere!) It’s almost hysterical. I filed with their corporate office due to being denied service for what they claim isn’t approved, but is. Get your facts together. You’re a pharmacy for goodness sake.I’m thankful for locally owned pharmacy’s and I recommend everyone who uses this pharmacy to try a local instead. You won’t regret it.
The drive through moves at roughly the same speed as the continents drift around the planet. I have waited forever and am still waiting.
NEVER GO HERE! Drive thru super fin slow. Was told by staff that my Rx would be ready at 2. After waiting in line for an hour, at 6:30 they told me they dont have my med in stock. Why didnt anyone call me?? Because she didnt know. Unacceptable! Incompetent staff who couldnt even find me in their system.
Sad but true Im not sure if the employees at the photo center are fully trained but they gave me a next day 16x20 that I purchase online( save your money Cvs was $17, only $13 at Walmart )they were clearly gonna give me an uncut 16x20 and it was completely ruined by the machine with a long 12 inch scratch across the entire photo, glad I checked before I walked out. Deonte reprinted for me but it still had minor scratches. I needed the photo right away but I should have asked for a discount because of the scratches from the machine. I recommend the manager check the service maintenance on the printing machine and get it together. Overall I dont recommend going to CVS bc Walmart is way cheaper, cents and dollars add up just saying and CVS isnt really worth it even though it was closer in location for me.
This is for the minute clinic. They act all nice when you’re there then charge you twice and bill your medical insurance instead of pharmacy trying to pass it off like you’ve seen a doctor doctor. Will not return; will discourage anyone who asks from doing business with this location in the future.
Horrible. Dont answer their phones and when your sick last thing you need is to be ignored
Ive always had problems with CVS. Its either they never have the meds you need or its never ready when they say it will be. How can you ask if a person needs a prescription that day they say yes you say give me 45 mins to fill it then after an hour say that a prescription is not ready be another 45 minutes and yall are 2 days behind
Nasty pharmacy staff, very slow service,,basic no knowledge of whats going on!
Pharmacy is incredibly slow. Techs often have “attitudes”.
I took a covid-19 test at this cvs and the lady called me telling me I was positive. The next day I open up the documentation of my results and it said I was negative. How do you mess something like that up? There is a CLEAR difference between positive and negative. I am beyond upset and hurt. This lady ruined my life by LYING to me.
Crowded, unhappy employees, high prices
Ive been going to CVS Pharmacy for about 6 yrs. The staff is really great. They take the time to hear you out. Help you. Miyia is a very awesome person. Great customer service. The pharmacist as well. Great Team.
There is always an issue with this pharmacy. Its either you are waiting or they do not have it ready. They tell you they have a call into the Dr and two weeks later they still dont have it ready. I suggest you try to use anyone but these people and to top it off the little short lady is rude along with everyone else with the exception of the newest girl there. Hopefully they dont corrupt her too.
I have had a problem with one individual twice now.First time I asked about the app with archiving meds and she boldly told me it was not her job. Then told her that the wrong prescriptions were filled. She stated they fill what they are told by you.Second time, I did drive up to pick up my perception after a text telling me it needed to be filled and replying yes that I was wrong and all they wanted to know was if I wanted anything filled then processed to just be rude and asked me what do I wanted. This is now aftermath here I am ready to pick up my prescription and it is not filled. So I tell the other employee about Miss Nasty Veronica and all he could say was sorry will you wait 15 minutes.First time shame on you, second time shame on me. There will not be a third time. If I the customer is not a #1 factor then who is?I have been a customer for over 24 years in three different states.Beyond disappointed and will never return.
Slow. Mistake using this pharmacy. Will go to Walmart next time, sad.
They are slow at refilling. When you call to speak to a pharmacist for a question about a prescription, you are told to call back at a certain time to speak with him/her. When you do call back your told he or she is always busy. What is a pharmacist for if you can’t speak to one and ask questions. The techs don’t know anything like a pharmacist does. I’ll never use cvs again.
Got more than the Richland locatiion.
It was the most horrible Cvs ever. The girl at the counter tried to charge me full price for my item, she didn’t attempt to ask me if i had a Cvs pharmacy card. She acted so dumbfounded as if she was new and didn’t know what was going on. The young lady with glasses was very helpful and friendly tho.
I didnt know that CVS offers money solutions at this location. They have money orders, green dot, and an ATM saved me a lot of time! Staff here is always very friendly and do a great job of getting me what I need. Thanks again CVS for thinking of more ways to better serve your customers!
This CVS is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Every time you call you are on hold for at least 15 minutes. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes before someone picked up the phone. They never have enough medication to fill the scripts on time. They don’t call when there is an issue with your script. And they don’t fill regular medications without you calling and asking. If I wasn’t stuck here because of my insurance requirements I would have left months ago. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.
Pharmacist cant even read a doctors prescription right. Cvs only gave me half of the prescription. I had to call cvs and ask why did you only give me half of my prescription when the doctor wrote it for thirty pills not fifteen, and why didnt they say anything when I picked it up or even call me to correct it. Its a very big problem when you cant read a prescription right or maybe you did and what was going to happen with the rest of my prescription if I had not called. This is just one of the many problems at this cvs location and management needs to check into all the complaints.
The Pharmacy techs clearly have no customer service training. Rude and do not explain well .... absolutely no help at all .
It takes forever to get ahold of anyone and if you finally do they are rude. Avoid this store and go to the other one if you actually depend on getting your medicine in a timely manner.
This pharmacy takes a crazy amount of time. I have been in the drive thru for 30 minutes now and I have been at the window for more than half that time pushing the “call for service” button! Then I give my name and the staff member left for another 5-10 minutes! Not sure what takes so long.
Horrible customer service, worthless in every way possible, would rate a big fat ZERO!! Wont ever use the whiskey road location again.
Absolutely terrible experience! My doctor called in my prescription 4-5 hours prior to me stopping by and they had yet to even check their voicemail to get the prescription. I had already waited in line for 20+ minutes in the drive through and then the tech asked for me to come in while they pulled the messages and filled it. Came in and have been waiting for a little over an hours for my medication. Absolutely ridiculous! I am usually a very understanding and patient person but I’ve had it with this CVS! If it wasn’t for my insurance I would never come back to CVS.
Just spoke to the rudest pharmacy tech ever! Customer service is a real thing...if you dont have the skills or patience to work with the public take a different career path. Youre doing no favors to the CVS brand.
Worse pharmacy Ive ever came in contact with customer service sucks. they make you wait for 8-10 hrs to fill a perscription then when its finally time to pick up you have to wait another 30-45 minutes in line only for them to say oh we dont have it in stock! This is not a one time thing either its every single time!
Waited over 25 minutes on phone. Incompetent girl finally answered and promptly hung up. This pharmacy has continued to slide downward. The manager and head pharmacist should be fired and have their license revoked.
The Pharmacy has the worst customer service. I went there two days in a row with absolutely no help. The younger female working there has a nasty attitude. Would never go back.
What a piss poor ran pharmacy. Whoever is over this pharmacy needs to be demoted or terminated and I say that as a person who does not believe much in terminating people as much as better training them. But this is one pathetic operation. Got a message the other day that an rx was ready. Waited in line half an hr to be told it would be ready the following day. I go by today for a different rx and it should have been ready....nope...they need another hour and a half. Lines are also always so long and slow its pathetic. Wth is wrong with this pharmacy???!!!! To update: Just waited in line AGAIN after their said time & was told it still wasnt ready. Will never ever return here as a customer. Ever. Id drive to Augusta to avoid this place ever again.
Terrible! Prescription took 1 and 1/2 days to be ready and then wasnt ready anyway when I arrived to pick up. Tried to talk to pharmacy over the phone about 10 times and never reached a person. I either hold indefinitely (20+ minutes) or am told no one is available and to call back later. This is not a one off, this is typical for this location. I will NEVER come here again.
Quality service always a polite staff and most of the time have everything you need!
Continually sending recording prescriptions are ready, then cant find them. Pharmacist told me to find another pharmacy when I voiced a complaint about meds that were not ready when recording said they were...they actually managed to find them after a 15 minute wait. Very poor servicein pharmacy staff is no longer nice, but neither am I. Say they dont have refils when Dr. has already called them in.when I complained to head office, I didnt get a response when told I would. Other than all that I like the rest of the store and rest of the staff...
I filled a prescription at this CVS and then came back to pick it up and they had lost it. In the past they have told me when my prescription will be ready to pick up and it is rarely ready when they say it will be.
This store has the worst customer service. My husband drops my sons meds off at 20 mins til close. I have been getting the same meds from the same doctor for 10 plus years. Well tonight they have to verified the meds and thats fine but why is this the first that hearing about this. So I call 5 mins til 9 and Chandler answers the phone i explain and his tone is he could less why I called. He said it was up to her if she wanted to fill it with out verifying it. I ask to speak to Destiny the pharmacist and shes all ready gone imagine that. I see why she didnt want to fill it tonight she was ready to leave. So this is the last time I will use them. They need to get better people who care about customers. So people meds are life and death and this is not a good way to treat people. They are awful and over half the time they are slow. So its the next day at 12:30 and meds still havent been filled. This place is awful and the whole stuff needs to retrained in customer service. Is promised it would be filled at 8:30am and my doctor office is closed until 2pm for lunch.
Perscriptions were called in a day before, attempted to pick up a pre packed antibiotic and pain meds at noon the next day. Not ready yet.....come back in an hour after waiting in line for 26 minutes. Done with CVS!
Worst CVS in Aiken. My mother is on hospice and her meds go here. Every single time I have to pick up meds (which is often) there is a problem. I have called in refills twice and have been told my order isnt ready...even when given 12 hours to complete. I have had to wait upwards of 30 min for one prescription and leave my mother home alone. The staff is not friendly at all. They are not courteous, kind, or respectful. As I wait online all I hear are problems from other patrons waiting for prescriptions. Save yourself a headache and go to CVS in Target or Walgreens down the road.
This CVS is so busy you would think you could have more employess working. Its tuff having to wait over 1hr. or more and how about some room can you remodel and get more space. My store has a mini clinic too and their is no waiting area, And what about the phone cant you hire someone to answer pharmacy calls ? with few workers lets not forget the drive through We all need help we are getting tired of the same thing every month. Please concider what can be done CVS is right on the main drag to much traffic and wreaks.
Not the staffs fault, but 8am as an open time doesnt work for people that actually have jobs to go to. Their cutting of hours is getting ridiculous.
This CVS pharmacy is extremely busy. The drive thru is always long and theres almost always someone sitting in the waiting area. Customer Service is just ok. They never answer the phone and they appear to be understaffed. My kids pediatrician called in a bunch of meds for 3 of them and the pharmacy didnt have some of them so they just didnt fill them; they didnt call to order it they didnt even call me to say that it was unavailable, once they filed a prescription Anns didnt run it through insurance so once I got there I then had to wait more. CVS as a company is pretty great. This particular store is not so great. The regular staff is awesome. I will definitely come to this CVS for everything except the pharmacy.
I was told my boyfriend rx will be done in 30 minutes and it wasn’t. It took a hour before I could pickup my boyfriend medicine. I believe a female by the name of Mya that work in the pharmacy she is very rude and needs to be train on customer service she was mouthing off about me waiting for an hour
Fast service, takes time to hear your questions, makes sure your service is complete.
The absolutely slowest drive through and service for perscriptions ive ever seen.
Poorest run CVS I’ve ever used. Lost my prescription 3 times then could not get it filled at another pharmacy because my insurance said CVS had already filled it. Took them two days to find it while suffering with a kidney stone.
Pharmacy staff was very helpful.
We have used this pharmacy twice. The first time they put my daughters name in wrong and I ended up having to go to another CVS per this locations request bc they said they didnt have it. Get to the other CVS and they were able to find the error and fill the script. Today, they put the script under the wrong birthdate. Said that they didnt have the script. That it was Ill elsewhere. To call my insurance company. So, we did. It was at Whiskey Rd. The entire time. Both experiences were terrible. Cost me 4 times the amount of time and gas that it should have. Richland Ave. CVS is the place to go. They are diligent and friendly. I dont care if I have to go out of my way to use Richland Ave store in the future but, thats what Ill do. Itll save me money and time in the long run!
Problem after problem whether it’s waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes or being told a medicine was ready for pickup when it isn’t. I would not suggest this pharmacy to anyone.
The people that work there make me keep coming back.
When we go into the pharmacy
Set of the worst service I have ever experience! My prescription was not ready when it was promised.
