What a wonderful customer-centric business. I had placed a special order through them for pickup while I was visiting my mom over Thanksgiving. Sallye, one of the owners, went out of her way to ensure the items were there before I headed home even though the manufacturer delayed the delivery. I highly recommend them and their business model. This is how customer service should be!
