So I went to TSC to rent a trailer. Have done this before no issues at all. I make my purchase and proceed to wait on the manager to retrieve trailer. Keep in mind that I was renting trailer to make a delivery for business purposes. The manager on duty at the time(I wont say her name) all of a sudden looks at me and says their insurance wont allow me to keep it overnight...after I already purchased a 24hr rental. I try and call about an order I was informed via email and text that was picked up. Upon calling my husband, the order had NOT been picked up. Every time I call, I get put on hold for over 5 minutes! I just want to be told why my order was marked as picked up when it hasnt! The manager I spoke with was also very rude to me and Im my opinion should be fired.

While our cashier Tara wasnt sure of the refunds on a 4 year old tantrum throwing little red head, she was an awesome cashier! She dealt with us, despite our silly questions and our whining 4 year old, and our crazy 8 year old. We love going to a store and being able to joke around with the cashiers to make their days. I do NOT recommend curbside pickup at the Aiken location. Ordered yesterday store locked.doors prior to closing time stated on door. Upon arrival today I called the store as instructed. The store associated that answered my call was less than friendly. After waiting 12 minutes I called again. I was told she thought my items were brought out to me. Again I waited 10 more minutes. I then went in to get my items. I had to wait in the store for another 12 minutes. Never again will I do this.

Love this place! They have a really nice local bulletin posted in the back right corner.. there chickpea are always cute. The sales are the best!

Always enjoy going in wheather to shop, pick up an order, or just browsing. Each of the staff are fluent in their particular area of responsibility but knowledgeable and willing to assist in other areas.Their jobs would be easier if customers werent intolerant, impatient, and rude.

As many have pointed out, I expect a line when I go. Im not sure if it is a result of under staffing or misappropriation of available resources, but they need to get the line at the front fixed, as a company. I go here for propane, and the wait has gotten better. Checkout has not.

The people here are super helpful, and really nice. They dont always have what Im looking for but they are very cool about helping you get it. I definitely like this place better than Lowes or Home Depot! One of the coolest things they do is Chick days where they have huge galvanized buckets of baby chicks and baby ducks and they sell to the public. The kids love it. And the workers are awesome about answering all of their questions and letting them see all of the chicks and ducks. The staff really seems to care about them and take very good care of them.My only complaint (besides not always finding what I need, right at that moment) is that, some things I have bought, from Tractor Supply in Aiken, S.C., come home with moths. Not a huge deal for some products, but with things like guinea pig food and hay, that I would be keeping inside of my house, its not Awesome.. so I have to stick to PetSmart when it comes to things like that. I still shop at Tractor Supply about twice a month, and still recommend it to anyone looking for those types of products.

We went into a clean well stocked shelves,and we were greeted as we came in and the shopping carts were also clean. A sales person asked if we needed help, my niece said yes, I need a metal wash tub, the sales lady saidwe have them up here on this shelf and brouth a #2 tube down,my niece asked the price,the sales lady told her and she bought it for her wife to use in her photo studio so she can take pictures of familys. This Tractor Supply on Whiskey Road on the south side of Aiken, I have been to other stores(Tractor Supplys) and this one is cleaner and the most helpful people in any stores(not only Tractor Supply) I mean any. Thats why people go there and I bet the sales are higher than other Tractor Supply stores in the area of the CSRA. If you ask me if I would recommend that store on Whiskey Road in south Aiken I will always recommend them to every body that needs animal feed, and other things like boots, cowboy hat womens jewelry,and cloths, dog toys, trailer parts & pieces gate hinges and locks,how to books from any thing like how to raise animals to birds, they just have some of every thing you would need or need to know about almost any kind of animal you can buy. And that is my exsperance going to Tractor Supply, Oh I almost forgot, if they dont have what you are looking for they will try to order it and most times they get it for, So its the best place to shop for your animals and human and farm parts and gardens also.

I will never go back to this location. The didnt have all the parts that were supposed to come with a package item. Said they would discount the product if I bought the other parts for it. In the end they wanted me to pay more for the item and pieces than if I bought it as it shouldve been sold originally. Pure bad business practice. First off dont lose parts to a product and secondly dont expect the customer to cover your mistakes by paying more than the original price to fix your mistake.

The selection of things that Im looking for is amazing! I got everything from my chickens to everything I need to care for those chickens at this place. This is also a great place to build connections with other people in the area so dont miss out on a great chance to connect!

I was looking for the oil style oil heaters. They might have one online though not available in store. The rating I am list is for the company in general. I do like most things they have in store. It is a little smaller then the ones in Oklahoma though still good in general.

Prices are great but quality can suffer to get those prices to that level. Most items are made in China and arent always up to snuff. Try buying things that are impossible to wear out if you want them to last. Returns are easy, however, though Ive not had experience yet with a lifetime warranty item after the return period.

Very good service last night at whiskey rd tractor supply. The person came out and showed me the cub cadet zero turn at closing time and still spent time explaining everything about it and never rushed eventhough I told him I would come back the next day to look so he could close but he continued to tell me about it and I really appreciated that. Tractor supply is one of our favorite places. We buy our bird seed and supplies, dog and cat food. We get many of the items we use around our 3 acres there too. Fencing, garden tools, even work boots. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are rarely out of anything and the parking is plentiful. Check them out!

This visit wasnt the first time that the service was bad. I came in looking for a specific lawn deck wheel. And after about 30 mins and asking 3 different sales people. Nobody knew what I was even talking about. Why have an employee that doesnt have any clue to what they are selling. By the time I left I was very agitated. Will not be back to the Whiskey Road TS.

My visit to your Aiken location was a very productive one. I found exactly what I needed. I was helped by friendly knowledge members of the staff. I have no doubt I will return to your store in the future.

I was able to find parts for my mowers and the various fasteners needed to keep my toys and tools working properly. I can also purchase replacement receiver collars and other parts to keep my in ground fence working to keep the dogs contained on the property. I can get the needed supplies to keep water and food available for them, too.

Good place to find what you need for animals,tools and yourself.I think they have a lay-a-way too.

Great place to get shots for your animals. I could purchase online cheaper but with the shipping charges its a lot cheaper to go here and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have. They have clinics on certain weekends where you can bring your pets in to see a vet for shots, and you cant beat the prices.

When I walked in, there were at least 10 people in line for the single cashier. I tried to get my propane tank refilled, which they had filled in March, only to be told its a 9 and you cant fill those anymore. It is a 9, but this is still 2019 and I believe it includes this year. Oh well, the little fellow working didnt really seem very intrested in explaining or doing much. Just had to go somewhere else. Probably saved myself a 30 minute wait. Im sure Ill be back but today was not a good visit.

I love this store. The girl in the back of the store is very knowledgable about horse items they have in stock. When I walk in I typically search for her because she usually is my go-to-girl if an item Im looking for is in stock. Sometimes my local feed store has unusual hours and tractor supply is always there for us when were in need!

This store never seems to keep anything in stock. I needed three things today they only had one. I have to go out of my way to go to the North Augusta Tractor Supply to get what I want consistently. All you hear is shop local. Well I would if I could get what I wanted there. Plus there is always long lines at this store and only one register open. I knew better than to try to go to the Aiken store.

Sooo hard to get a sales associate to help you. There were employees all over the store but too busy conversing with each other to stop and assist. I asked a management looking employee about purchasing a canine vaccine she stated they are over there in the LOCKED case. I walk over to choose one and she has disappeared. I have to walk around the store to find another employee just to wait while he has a lengthy discussion with another employee. Then at check out the cashier cannot get my check thru the reader. The machine chews up the check and I have to use my card. I did not have a good experience at this particular store.

We get our horse feed here. Usually in stock. Get some tools here also - good quality.

It has a small hardware selection, feed, some power equipment, basic hand tools boots and clothing. They also have seasonal items and the occasional kyake or mini bike .There is alot of empty shelf space and missing hardware items.

Good prices, and they sell propane for you gas bottles.

Love going this store.Only place I can find my dog toy,that he cant demolish in couple days,(Fatcat) is name of them,but,they highly recommended for dogs that love chew up toys,they are very colorful(,orange,yellow,purple).Love the rustic and farm decor they sell too.Good prices on other stuff too!

Ordered a water tank online for pick-up. Received confirmation that it was waiting for me. Went to pick it up and it had been sold to someone else. Now the hassle of a refund, time wasted coming in to pick it up, waiting to get a tank that had already been sold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering for pick-up.

After finding where I was supposed to return items the cashier Randall took a phone call and walked away from the register a couple of times before helping me with my return. I would think that the customer in front of him would have been the most important aspect of his job at that moment.

Tractor supply has a diverse inventory of supplies for specific needs, however they need more hardware/ nuts/ bolts selection. I believe its tasked out to a vendor almost corporate not catering directly to customer needs in bolt/ nuts hardware selection..

The item I wanted was not in stock but the salesperson was very friendly and offered to order it for me and told me exactly when it would be in. It came in on that date and I am very pleased with the quality.

I find something I want or can use every visit.. this store amazes me.. only problem the lights in parking lot very scarce...

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good experience, and sometimes they could care less that you are a customer and need some help. The manager needs to get it together and make this a great store.
