I recently moved from PA to Aiken SC. The employees at storage units have been helpful. My house in Aiken is half the size of my PA home and already furnished. Despite giving most my furniture away I still had four 16ft Pods of stuff to store. Storage units held two 10x19 units for me for a small deposit and allowed the delivery of my Pods to the facility where i could conveniently unload them directly into my units. They also were understanding, providing special consideration when Pods would not. I highly recommend this facility. Its clean, well equipped and the employees are very helpful and accommodating.

Got my unit the first week they were open. I have used many storage places before and I can honestly say that I couldn’t have asked for a better, most pleasant experience than what I had moving into Storage Unit in Aiken, SC. The staff is always courteous, very friendly and extremely helpful. Units, building and grounds are extremely clean and well maintained.

Stop by the facility at 2:50 pm, Saturday, May 5th. Clock on the door said, storage team will be back at 1:15 pm. I could clearly see the office person on break (everyone deserves a break time, I get it) in the side room, scrolling through their phone, would not even look up towards the window. Doors were locked, No one else was around, and they were not even willing to help 1 customer!Great first impression and customer service!

Perfect for my needs, the staff was helpful, especially Jay. I would definitely recommend!
