There are certain things I have to go here for like my shea butter, African black soap, cocoa butter lotion and plantain snacks.
I called to see if they had a product in store and the man was extremely rude he kept hanging up in my face then I called back he answered just to hang up again .
Very nice, and has everything you’ll need for authentic dishes.
Very diverse selection . exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to shoping there more often.
I go here for all my goat meat. It’s always high quality and priced well. Morris is very helpful and I feel welcomed there every time I go. This place is a grocery treasure.
I have known the owner for many years! He does good business and cares about his community. I will continue to shop there as long as I live in the area.
The guy there was really nice. He gave me some hot peppers for free when I told him I was in town for a short period and didnt need the whole bag.Update on review: The owner of this store needs to train the lazy old lady at the cash register. Shes rude on the phone, she asks you to place your plantain on the scale yourself instead of doing it. She also asks you to return your shopping basket and stack it by the door and not by the aisle. If I have to do all of her work for her then what was she hired for? Very distant and unfriendly. Unfortunately the owner is a very nice man.
I was at this store last Friday and honestly, I like it until I was going to check out. First when I entered the store, I said hi and this lady. She didn’t respond, I thought because she was busy with a customer checking out. After I went through the store and got what I want, any sensible person will notice that I’m not from the area and will encourage for more market from me because I spent about $300 on 4 separate orders. The up-setting part of it was, after she finished checking me out, she throwed the food on the counter like it’s some kind of garbage. Not once but three times. I suggest the store owner should get another attendant because if that attitude of her keeps going, you would have to close your store.
The owner is very friendly and respectful, the cashier who is an old lady, has attitude issues, I go there because theyve what I need.
Because of all the racial slur right now between races i choose not to comment .
Our main grocery store to cook our Nigerian food.
Nice place with a lot of items. Nice customer service, very friendly owner.
Selection. Shea butter and black soap central! I appreciate the Marketplace.
Here are sold the kind of food that knows me and which i know too, @AfricanFood
Terrific Chicken Curry, Mango Chai and very good service.
I dont know what this store people think of themselves... They will not give response to phone calls only and sometimes they will say I am busy and hang up the phone call. I am fed up by trying to call them and get some information.
I love going to this African Market!
Store has be sold to people that do not care what was previously sold here. This is no longer a grocery mart but more like a fashion store. Very unsettling BECAUSE we drove to make some food item purchases. EPIC FAILURE
Love the place the owner is very respectful
Good food facial products
A little expensive, but it does the trick for short term needs.
Called to get information about the times that they ar open for business and to ask about items in the store. They picked up the phone twice and just hung up. No business from me! Ever!
The black soap is the truths for your skin
They got what I need
