Great service and when they set up the bow you leave with a accurate bow

Great service allowed my daughter to shoot and provided bow (she is little) only recommendation is that some guys know how to tune a bow correctly and there was no paper tuning stand available for use.

One of the best archery shops in the Cleveland/Akron area. Dustin has helped fix some setup issues caused by other shops. It is a bit of a drive for me, but worth having the work done correctly. Bounce is now my go-to archery shop.

Went in looking for something very specific and not only was Dusty able to help us find the bow for what we needed but he also took the time to let me shoot it and gave me tips on how to shoot well. Great service and will definitely be coming back to get my bow serviced in the future.

This is a great place for archers of all experience levels to come to. I am an absolute beginner in archery. I wanted to hunt and also just shoot arrows for the fun of it. I went in and the staff welcomed me and they were happy to fill me in on a lot of questions I needed answers to, they were extremely kind. I wont go anywhere else for my bowhunting needs, I was very pleased and I will be coming back. They have a wide selection of bows and arrows to choose from, and Dustin, one of the staff members is an archer who is very experienced by the looks of all the awards hes won. Why would you go to anyone else for advice on this stuff?

I drove about an hour to bounce archery for a lesson. It was well worth the drive and money. I did not get a lesson. What I got was first class professional instruction. I was referred to this bow shop in 2009 by a friend, they are by far the most knowledgeable, and helpful people in this area. I would not shop anywhere else. Top notch thru and thru.

I took my bow there to get a tune up, and it sat there for 16 days. Dustin the owner never worked on it even after I called and reminded him twice, so I took it elsewhere. Apparently if you dont buy your bow from him, he jacks you around. Screw this guy!

I well never step foot in that store again the owner is very ignorant and very biast I made the mistake and bought a bow from him never again I spent 300 dollars on assessors and he charged me 6.00 to use his machine to put on a drop away rest I got and it only took him a few seconds and then after I bought my bow which was brand new from him he still charged me to shoot his range what a sob I make sure and tell every one who I talk to to never step foot into his shop again if you guys wanna no a awesome bow shop to go to go to complete hunters outlet in suffield
