Very happy with Jason and the group at Cartech. I took my car in for hail damage. It was very simple... I dropped off the car, they helped with the rent a car, and they kept in touch during the whole process. I just picked up the car the other day and it looks fantastic. It looks like a new car. I would highly recommend!

They are either good or slow cause I couldnt get in for a month. Not a quick turn around but what I seen outside they seem good. I went else where

I went there for an insurance claim on my van. They did a GREAT job putting on my front bumper which was damaged in the accident. They were very nice and polite. When I picked up my van it was washed inside and out. I would recommend this place for good work and being very efficient and keeping me informed on the progress.

Thank you for your rudeness as I attempted to drop of my car for its scheduled repair in February. As I stood at the door calling as the note stated on the door to be let in, a man exited without greeting me (phone never was answered) and was extremely rude. Having an awkward stare down after his rude greeting at the door from someone who didnt even introduce themselves as an employee, I stated I was calling to get into car tech and was this the correct door. The response even ruder next than I could have imagined. The rude greeting and condescending manner I was spoken to from an employee who didnt even identify themselves made me feel very nervous leaving my car in your care. That rudeness I was treated with was so out of line I decided to take my business and money elsewhere immediatley. How you treat people matters! My insurance may have paid the bill but I decide who that money goes to. I hope your company never speaks to another woman the way I was spoken to. When you greet a customer start with a warm greeting and at the bare minimum identify yourself as an employee. You shouldnt leave the customer standing in wonderment if they are being spoken down to by an employee or a client exiting your business. Once he confirmed he was an employee I didnt need to be spoken down to any further. You lost my business that day within seconds for an already scheduled repair all because of speaking to me as if I was stupid. My car was immediatley taken to a competitor who accommodated me immediately and with friendliness, Smooth transfer of claim and flawless service. Why my one car leaving was nothing clearly to your business that day it was very eye opening to me. I will not ever recommend you or bring another vehicle to you in a time of need. Thank you for treating me like a stupid woman that day. I cant imagine how you treat those who work for you. For the women out there; choose another body shop who wont treat you like an uneducated stupid woman simply for trying to enter their business following the instructions posted on their door.

Great customer service. Staff did a great job from the moment I got an estimate to when I picked up the finished car. That looks as good as new and actually a bit better BTW.

This would be 5 had it not been for an item missed, to be fair we did go through a few estimates to get the costs down but I was prepared to pay for the missed item.I was told they would contact me the following week and set up a time to finish repairs along with waving some of the cost. Never heard back.

Car Tech did a great job with the repair of my 2017 Mazda6. My biggest concern was color match of the quad cote paint finish. They did a perfect job of paint match and repairs. including detailing the car which was unexpected. Overall the best collision experience Ive ever had. Thanks

Had a wreck that smashed in my entire passenger front quarter-panel after Christmas. Sad, sad, sad. Car Tech was such a blessing. They worked directly with my insurance and I didnt have to do much at all. Once my car was towed to them, they called to let me know it had arrived. They communicated with me all the needed updates and returned my car looking absolutely beautiful. Had an issue with a part and took it right back. Car tech put me in a rental immediately and did the repair by upgrading the defective part to a new part. They were very accommodating, standing by their work. Great personalities from the staff all the way through, and Im that customer with all the questions and paranoia about the work being done right. They handled me with all smiles. Highly recommend!

I have to give kudos to Car-Tech!!! From the beginning of my first call to the completion of my car they were truly amazing. My car looks great. They went above and beyond on correcting the body work and fixed things out of the goodness of their heart. My car was completely detailed and most shops will not do that both inside and out. I truly was amazed at their work but most importantly how they treated me like a human being. The staff are over the top nice and really care about you the person. I would recommend this place for body work anytime of the day.

I just want to mention about this business if you are looking for job stay away from this place. The owner is rude and dont want to pay his employees for the days they work. Just pay your employees the hours they work. Is it worth getting turn in to the better business or fair labor you will have to pay more at the end so just pay what you owe move on.

I was in a minor fender bender and Car Tech was phenomenal from start to finish! This was my first accident, so I needed a little guidance. From helping me line up a rental, communicating with me before my scheduled appointment and keeping me in the loop from the insurance side, they were fantastic! Once they had my car, Heath sent me daily pictures and information from his personal cell phone, and it was so helpful! From an accurate estimate to pictures of what the inside actually looked like and what they needed to address, he shared it all with me! I have never had better service! I highly, highly recommend! Great staff great place

Very upfront and honest on how long things would take and what needed done. I feel safe and confident to drive home in my repaired vehicle! A car rental place is right next door and convenient. Very thorough inspection. While I’m hoping not to be in another fender bender, I will be happy to return.

I have had two vehicles worked on at Car Tech. My truck had to have the frame replaced. Heath was very pleasant to work with. He made sure I understood all that was going on and went above and beyond keeping me informed of my vehicles progress. Jason is an exceptional body person and mechanic. They rebuilt my 2016 truck from the frame up and it is like new again. I would and have recommended Car Tech to all of my Family and Friends. Five stars, higher if more stars were available.

I had my wifes Subaru Forester in the Car-Tech shop to repair damage to the car roof and sunroof caused by concrete falling from the ceiling of a parking deck. Jason was great again, as usual. The work was done perfectly, great communication, and ready earlier than expected. This is the second time we have had Car-Tech work on our cars, the bright spot of both accidents.

I highly recommend this business. The Customer Service is beyond wonderful! Everyone there is an absolute pleasure to deal with and the quality of repair is incredible. I have had service done with them twice and would not hesitate for a moment to take my car there in the future.

Out of all the years Ive owned a car, this was the BEST service I have ever encountered. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere of the environment was amazing. I took my car in to get an estimate on a Monday, They took it in that same day and was told at the latest it would be done on that same week on Friday. My car was repaired within 2 days. Looked brand new like it came fresh of the lot. Heath Vaughn and his crew were excellent. They made the whole experience exceptional and made sure everything was taken care of effortlessly. He would even let me know what was going on with my car each day they had it in the shop. If I ever need my car repaired again, I will def be making my way back! I fully agree with other reviewers that Car-Tech does an outstanding job with not just the result but also with the overall customer care. Not only was our car repaired beautifully for a fair price, we received it back sparkling clean inside out. It made us very happy! We got a free bottle of touch up paint as well. We took our mother in laws car there too and we will be return customers in the future for sure.

Really love this place! Such beautiful work. Outstanding. I had an insurance claim and had to get my rear bumper fixed and some other adjustments. The projection was two days work, they got it done in one, and returned my car to me in perfect condition, immaculately cleaned and detailed, inside and out. My car even had that new car smell again. Jason is the manager. He was great to deal with. After a pretty bad deer collision, my truck was a mess. More than the average deer hit. They finished my truck early and did an excellent job. Jason walked me through everything before and after. Every detail was addressed. I have had my truck back for a week now and everything is perfect. The even detailed the inside as a bonus. Heath and everyone at Car Tech was by far the easiest and smoothest part of repairing my car after an accident. I walked in, filled out a quick form, handed the keys off, was taken next door to the rental car service and was out in under ten minutes. Heath also helped dealing with an aggravatingly vague and unhelpful insurance company in order to get my insurance repair payment. When my car was repaired, it came back looking brand new. Our experience was great overall from start (initial estimate) to final pick up. We worked with Heath who was very detailed in his write up and thorough in his description of services - even laying out best and worst case scenarios. Heath kept us informed of the progress of the repairs, texting us with info on the process and pictures of the work as it progressed. We were thoroughly pleased with the finished product (like new appearance!). We were impressed enough that 2 weeks later when someone left us a surprise on our 2012 Mazda, without hesitation, I contacted Heath at Car Tech. Great work and good experience.

I recently had the opportunity of working with Heath at Car-Tech Collision in the repair of my Subaru Impreza. Heath was professional and friendly and walked me through the step by step process of repairing my Impreza. He kept me posted throughout the repair (insurance, time of completion etc.) and worked with the appraiser to maximize my benefits. He and Car-Tech Collision exceeded my expectations and my car looked the sameas the day I leased it. I highly recommend Car-Tech Collision-you will not be disappointed!

I wanted the dent pulled out of my car. I asked the manager to do that and he said he couldnt do that. Asked him why not. He said he cant. He wanted to charge me too much. Told him he was ripping me off. He told me to leave and said he didnt want my business!. I told him that I have a right to my opinion. He said he has the right to deny my business. The worst customer service ever!

Let me first preface this review with my background. I am a car fanatic. I grew up around a lot of cars, own several, from collector cars, classic cars, performance cars, motorcycles, daily drivers, you name it, cars are my hobby. I drive, show, and race cars as well. I detailed and repaired/restored cars since I was in high school, and still do, and fortunately I work in the auto industry so I can be close to cars every day. So I am a stickler for the details, condition, originality, care, and perfection when it comes to cars (thats an engineer for you).I fortunately have not needed a collision repair to a car, and was only familiar with shops near my parents and family for when their cars needed repair (I would be the one to take them in to the shop), so I didnt know where to start looking around the Canton/Akron area where I live. After reading many reviews, and looking over websites, and then visiting my top choice (which was Car-Tech from the start) in person, I finally decided this would be the collision center to take my wifes almost perfect Pontiac G8 GT (accidents happen, someone rear-ended her). Knowing this car might be a collectors car some day, I wanted the best possible repair job, and boy did Car-Tech deliver.From the very first time I walked in the door, and they, without hesitation showed me their whole operation, the step by step systematic process and quality control, to the hand wash at the end, I knew I didnt have anything to worry about. In the past, I dont believe there was ever one single collision/body shop repair job from other places that I was ever satisfied with, until Car-Tech. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, qualified, and detail oriented, my normal nervousness when I hand my cars over to anyone (which I usually try to avoid) for repairs, was gone.The paint matching/looking like original, is key for me, and never even being able to tell something was repaired is the determining factor. These guys/gals nailed it. The paint color was a perfect match, even so the plastic bumpers from the factory are a shade darker than the steel panels, and I wanted to keep it that way, that they matched it perfectly. The orange peel is identical to factory. They even noticed and replaced the black vinyl protective tape I put on when I bought the car, between the rear mud flaps and the painted rear bumper, to avoid rubbing the paint with use, and then proceeded to buff the hood and rear truck deck so that the rest of the car looked as good as the repair (I had not detailed the car from winter yet as it was still spring), Unbelievable.Heath took care of me from start to finish, kept up me up to date on the repairs as little or as much as I wanted (of course I wanted to see every step cause I was interested, and he did, without me even asking, he knewI was picky/interested/a car nut, exceptional)! Thank to those that did the actual repair/paint/assembly/wash, etc., outstanding job everyone. Thanks to Jason, the owner, for a first class establishment, and I will go on to say without hesitation, the best collision repair/paint facility I know. If I move, even if hundreds of miles away, I would drive all they way back here just for collision or body work (hopefully I dont have to : ). Im in need of some restorative paint work on one for my collector cars, which I dont let anyone touch.......but Car-Tech will when that time comes. If you are in doubt on where to take you car, from the smallest to the biggest repair/restoration/collision/paint job, and are anything like me (trust me, Ill bet you arent more picky than me when it comes to cars), rest assured you wont be with Car-Tech!Mike

Wonderul experience, considering no one wants to deal with the aftermath of a car wreck. The work was finished in a timely manner. My insurance company was being difficult with paying for additional damage found. I was kept in the loop, they made sure I kept my rental (which is located next store, easy peasy) during the extra time, and handled nearly all of the leg work making sure everything was dealt with. My car sincerely looks better than before the fender-bender. Hopefully I wont have a return visit, but with my driving skills, I will absolutely bring my vehicle back. Thank you guys!
