Im thinking of buying a boat, but dont know much about them. I called there and asked some specific questions about the boat Im looking at. They answered all my questions with details. I will be using them for any repairs.

This is for all boaters stay away from this place they say one thing and do something else they will keep your boat for a year and then when you call to check on your boat the owner tells you there two weeks behind they had my boat for a year

Owner lacks customer service

Went in for an ignition switch, was told over the phone it would be $30-40. Got there and the first one he brings out is $45 and upon further inspection is the wrong one as well. When we finally find the right one its $56. And each time he tried to get me to just buy it and go when they have a no return policy for their electrical parts. The guy also seemed hostile the whole time. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dont shop here, you can find a better place for your parts.

I read the reviews before I originally used this place they seemed to be good.I have an older boat that hadnt been used in a few years.I took my boat there to have them diagnose after I had done some work myself and still was not getting spark.They put an ignition in it and told me it was bogging down so they rebuilt the carbs and told me the boat was good $1200 and 5 weeks later.When I got the boat out it was still starving for gas so I put a new gas tank,new vent line and plug and new fuel line.Took the boat out still starving for gas.I took the boat back because now they say the fuel pump needs rebuilt.I got a call and they claimed there was water in the fuel tank and it needed the carbs rebuilt.They miss diagnosed and I dont believe they ever rebuilt the carbs they charged $1200 for in the 1st place.

My experience with them working on my outboard motor pretty good so far I seem to be pretty honest

We have taken out motor to this place twice for the same problem. ( fuel air mixture, starving for gas. ) They rebuit the carb and we bought a new tank. Ran the motor once and still had the same problem. We took it back and then the said it needed a new ventura. They also said (well it is an old motor as if that was an excuse for not being able to fix it) Motor still has same problem and I really dont want to take it back to these clowns. They are incompetent, but unfortunately it is not my decision. They dont guarantee their work and will claim that something new is wrong. Dont take your boat motor their unless you want to waste time and money.
