Book store at the university of Akron OH, United States. The store is well lit and quite big. They also sell food at this store.

In the whole bookstore they dont have one University of Akron Mom shirt.

Books have to be returned the day after finals, but the store is only open from 10-3, and that isnt even made apparent on the website. Book prices and fees are egregious. Staff is nice though.

Store Manager went out of her way to help me a Disabled Veteran get my voucher for my books from the VA. Her customer service far beyond what anyone could expect.Much appreciated

Its just such a useful place. they have snacks, clothing, basic school needs, and books. The staff is also super helpful and nice.

The employees are wonderful and the service is quick (unless you show up when theres a thousand people, I mean what did you expect). Note: This is a Barnes and Noble book store and it will CONSTANTLY spam you with junk emails about products and offers however, its a decent place to rent your textbooks (Not the only place, though).

Clean and safe

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Its much more expensive than purchasing the eBook directly from the manufacturer, going through Amazon, etc. They sold me the wrong version of a taxation textbook, and the wrong statistics textbook for the Fall 2018 semester! You hand them a list of your class numbers, they go behind the counter and get the books for you...only they get you the wrong books. Couldnt return them since they were already opened out of the shrink wrap. The old ladies in management always have an attitude and are less than helpful. Be smart and dont buy your books from here.

Great staffs and affordable items to an extend

Everything is hella expensive. I pay you guys $20,000 a semester already, why you gotta mark things up like that? I just spent $7 on two half gallons of skim milk! I shouldve just bought the freaking cow! I also shouldnt have to pay $6 for a guest parking pass. Those used to be free. At least make them free on weekends.

Generally a pretty long wait and youre almost guaranteed to find your books cheaper elsewhere. However, in a pinch you can be sure that theyll have what you need, provided youre willing to pay the price.

Terribly expensive and they rarely take books back. when they do they give you very little for them. Just buy your books or rent them online.

Well organized and coronated

Charged $23 extra for a book. The one I ordered was on back order, and when I emailed them for an update, they said that they had one that was ready for pickup. They then charged me $23 more because the one they gave me was a new book without telling me theyd charge me more.

I am not a student at the University of Akron but the staff was very helpful in helping me to find a textbook that I was looking for.

They will rob you. Double charge for a book or reserve a used book for rent and then get charged for a new one.
