Kim is incredibly nice and professional. I looked here for my wedding dress but didnt find exactly what I was looking for. Even though she has gorgeous dresses! However, I really enjoyed Kim and was recommended to have her tailor the wedding dress I purchased elsewhere - so I went back to her to have the alterations done to my dress. My dress was extremely too large and KR Bridal did a lovely job getting it to fit just right. I was a little stressed because I had to go back a few times to re-adjust the size to make it perfect- but Kim assured me it would be done before the wedding. I was able to take it home a week before the wedding. She was very patient with me and worked within my budget which I greatly appreciated. She was also able to add on drop sleeves to my dress. I purchased them from Davids Bridal, but she had actually made potential drop sleeves for me if the ones I purchased didnt work. My dress was so beautiful on my wedding day! I recommend KR Bridal!
I am so happy I found Kim and KR bridal! I originally purchased my dress from a different shop who did not perform alterations, so I had to find a seamstress on my own. From the time I walked into Kim’s beautiful shop, I felt at ease. Not only is the shop cute, but Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. I was so stressed the week prior to the wedding that I ended up losing an additional 10lbs after my last fitting. I called Kim in a panic and she kindly helped me with last minute alterations. Wonderful experience! I needed a bridesmaid dress altered and Kim did a fantastic job. Scheduling and rescheduling was super easy and convenient on their website and my dress was finished well before the wedding date, even though I’m sure summer is a busy time. Linda and her mom are the most amazing people! I made an appointment easily online and when I showed up I had a private appointment with Linda and was able to bring family. She helped me pick gowns and was so sweet. She was also so patient with my indecisiveness. They had plenty of beautiful gowns most of which were in my price range. I picked my favorite and then had another appointment at David’s Bridal later that day so I went. I found a dress there that I liked, but it just didn’t have the same flare as the KR Bridal gown I tried on. I texted Linda asking if I could come back and try their gown on again and she let me! She was so responsive and wonderful that after I purchased my gown there (a gorgeous Moonlight designer A-line) that I sent her a Starbucks gift card as a thank you. I HIGHLY recommend KR Bridal. I purchased my wedding gown online and it needed a lot of alterations in the bodice. Im also very short so the hemline needed to be raised a few inches. Everything about my experience with KR Bridal was perfect. It was easy to schedule the alteration appointment and the follow-up fittings. The tailoring was impeccably done! Kim was also very nice :)

I just picked up my dress and KR bridal did a beautiful job. I needed a bustle, a hem, a bit taken in, and my dress had sleeves that I wanted removed and straps added to replace them. I was nervous about how the sleeve transformation would turn out, but Kim listened to my vision for the sleeves and everything turned out perfectly. I am thrilled with her work, it looks like the dress was made with these straps. Her pricing was affordable and her professionalism impeccable. Highly recommended!
Great experience every time I went: to drop of my wedding dress for alterations, to come in and look at reasonably priced accessories, to add an attachment to my dress, final fitting. Kim is so friendly and kind. She really knows this business and is eager to work with you! Their online system for booking is so easy or they are always willing to talk over the phone. Wonderful customer service. A mother-daughter duo run the shop and they are both kind, attentive, and responsive to questions and booking inquiries. The store is well maintained and clean. I will definitely return for future alteration needs.
Pros: Beautiful, easy to navigate website. Fast responses to email inquiries. Easy and convenient online appointment booking.Cons: The extreme effort and attention to detail that other reviewers experienced was not my experience at all. If you’re over size 18, I would consider a back up plan over coming to this location. I’m sure the staff didn’t intend to be rude, but a lot of the things they said made me feel very uncomfortable and very embarrassed. If I could have teleported out of there, I would have. I hope local plus size customers have an easier time finding a place to get alterations done, since I just gave up. Best of luck to my fellow cute big girls. Formal wear shopping for plus size people downright sucks.
I cannot speak highly enough of Kim and her services. Not only did she rescue me last minute when a previous bridal tailor shop decided to cancel my appointment, but she also has a very quick turn around and solid work for a very fair price! Shes also tailoring a Bridesmaid dress for me. She’s the sweetest and kindest woman to work with. She knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable. Her shop is moving to Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls, and I can’t wait to stop in to also see what more beautiful wedding dresses she has acquired; I should have bought my dress from Kim since she has a beautiful selection.

Plus, Kim does all the alterations herself and thats a nice bonus to have as a lot of shops only sell you a dress and then you have to find a seamstress to do your alterations. Kim was amazing to work with in preparation for my wedding day. I bought the dress from her boutique and she handmade the entire top. Her work was meticulous and beautiful! Her tailoring was perfect as well. The dress fit like a glove and didnt move the entire, very long, day. She was very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. I received so many compliments on my dress. Her handmade lace made it such a one of a kind. I would highly recommend her. I called a month a half before my cousins wedding asking for a hem on my bridesmaids dress, when the phone was answered she was politely telling me that she wouldn’t have time due to May being so busy for them. She then stopped and confirmed it just needed a hem, asked when I could be there and they she would get it done in time for me. I ran the dress over, she was so incredibly sweet and did an absolutely wonderful job with my dress and got it done two weeks before the event.

I got my bridesmaids dress altered and when I let her know I needed my dress earlier than the wedding date because the bride wanted the dresses at the rehearsal dinner, she worked with me right away to find a date that I could come in for the final fitting and pick up! I had a great experience!! I needed the back of my wedding dress opened up and it was a difficult ask, my dress was not made to have an open back. They brain stormed with me for 45 minutes until we found a way to make it work. It came in beautiful and flawless!

I was a bit nervous about getting my $3,000 Paloma Blanca wedding gown tailored here just because I didnt know anyone who had gone here before. The reviews were great though and i loved that it is an actual store and not someones home. Well the reviews do not lie, they did an AMAZING job on my gown! Just picked it up today for my 4/30/2021 wedding date and everything they tailored is perfect including the bustle! I highly recommend this place. From the store to the website to the online scheduling, I had a great experience!
I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding last year and the entire wedding party had their outfits altered at KR Bridal. Kim works really hard to make sure everyone is happy with how they look and that the clothes fit perfectly! Shes so fast at getting things done too so I knew I wanted to use her for my own wedding. I had the final fitting for my wedding dress done on Tuesday and by Thursday I was taking it home! I cant wait to wear it for my wedding and Ill definitely use KR bridal again, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give her, she deserves 10
I could not recommend KR Bridal and Tailoring enough. I needed some last minute adjustments to a bridesmaid dress I already had altered there, and Kim and Linda were fantastic with working with my schedule. I had to keep rearranging my appointment due to work, and they were so accommodating and understanding. I dropped off my dress in the morning, and picked it up that same afternoon due to my tight timelines. They are so reasonably priced and did such a fantastic job. I also took my wedding dress here for alterations, and Kim helped me pick out the most beautiful belt to complete the look. I will be recommending them to every bride I know.
Kim did an awesome job altering my wedding dress. It had a lace overlay that was very thin and I was concerned how it would be altered without damaged. Kim did a beautiful job and cleaned up the hem around the whole dress. She also altered my mother in laws dress and it looked great.

I brought a Mother of Bride dress with sleeves that I wanted to make into a sleeveless dress, they did it and it looks amazing, you would never know I didnt buy it that way. They also altered my daughters bridesmaid dress and it fits her beautifully. I definitely recommend them, I will use them for all my future alteration needs.

KR Bridal Tayloring was amazing and thorough. I brought my bridesmaids dress in on October 27th and received an email a week and a half later that my dress was done. It fit perfectly. Pricing is reasonable especially for the quality of work. I will definitely consider them in the future.

One review cannot do justice for the amazing experience I had with Kim. I got my wedding dress altered with Kim and She was truly amazing, from her work to her sweet demeanor she is just perfect. When I came to kim, my dress was way too big, she fixed it perfectly on the first try and you can’t even tell any work was done to the dress! It looks FLAWLESS. Her price was BEYOND reasonable for all the work she did. I had 4-5 inches taken off the bodice, a bustle placed on he back, and my entire lace dress hemmed. I didn’t have my shoes the first time I went and Kim was not pushy and she was very patient! Her scheduling was SO flexible I was able to book 3 appointments with no problem around my busy schedule. She is quick with her work too! Kim is so kind, and was so genuine and helpful with her recommendations. Her warm inviting personality makes her infectious to be around, like a family member. I bought my wedding dress out of town and needed to find someone to do the alterations. I noticed this shop in my neighborhood so decided to stop by. Kim, the owner, was so helpful and did a wonderful job on my alterations and bustle for my dress! I was able to buy my veil from her store, and she was kind enough to store my dress with the train let out up until my wedding so that it wouldnt get wrinkled in the garment bag. Brought a bridesmaid dress to Kim to alter and it fits PERFECTLY now. I’m a thick one and I’ve had other businesses make inappropriate comments on my body before and after fittings, so I had to find a new place to go. Kim does amazing work, is very accommodating and so incredibly kind. I’ve never been more comfortable with a seamstress. I’m looking forward to using her for any alterations I have in the future!
I went to another bridal shop and bought a dress that I liked but didn’t LOVE! I checked reviews for tailors in our area and decided to give K and R a try. When I brought my dress to K and R and tried to describe what I actually wanted (an illusion top with beading and satin-covered buttons) Kim immediately understood what I was looking for and worked her magic on the dress. I was kept abreast of the progress of the alterations and went in for a few fittings to make sure that everything fit just right. Kim attached the belt to the dress and even took the time to teach my daughter how to button all the buttons and how to tie the belt correctly. Her pricing was also reasonable. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the dress and with Kim’s customer service!
No nonsense. Kim and team had me in and out quick. Bought three suits from a British shirt maker website. I told her the look I needed and she did a major overhaul tapering legs, bringing in the caboose, bringing up the rise, and bringing the sides in on my jackets. Two weeks later and everything looks bespoke. Bang-up job, I’ll be back.
