I was in the store yesterday and I had the most positive experience. There were two sales associates in the store, both of them were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The one young lady (Christina) was especially helpful. She took the time to help me with a personalized candle and making sure the picture fit just right. She made sure that everything looked perfect. I also have no sense of smell so she was extremely helpful in picking out scents that were just right for each candle. It was truly a positive and refreshing experience. I am so grateful for the time and hospitality I received in the store. I will definitely be returning.
