I found Angel Falls Coffee Shop to be an Amazing Experience on both occasions I was fortunate to visit.The staff, including bakers, have worked together for 20+ years and it is obvious I the way that they work together as a team, beginning at 3:00 am! The fresh baked pastries are light, flaky and delicious! Definitely a few steps above almost every coffee shop I have frequented across the country.Did I mention Masterful bakers kick in’ out fresh baked goods every morning?Staff is friendly and fun, engaging with their customers. I observed many repeat customers who openly engaged with the friendly staff.The mall environment is upscale/business, light, airy and clean. The music played is up-tempo Jazz and some classic rock.Be aware construction severely limits parking so finding a spot several blocks away is recommended.Make it a point to visit this location...prior to the company’s 2nd location on Highland.Enjoy your visit!!!

Solid little coffee shop with nice pastries and salads. Convenient for downtown visits.

I used to work there. Flies were crawling all over the muffins downstairs. When I pointed this out to Jim King he told me to shut up & told me that I was paid to work & not paid to think. He served those muffins to people who were his good friends & customers anyway & told me that if I said anything about it he would fire me. Dont eat there. Also Jim and Raphael act nice to their customers and then make cutting remarks and insults about them when they leave. They were horrible to work for. I boycott Angel Falls & you should too.-Former Employee.

Good place to meet for coffee. Cant do work since tables are very close to each other and its loud. The places closes early (9 pm) and there is not warning... they suddenly turn music and lights off and kick customers out.

New Management, New Rules, New place. We get our Rainforest Caramel Crunch coffed, whole bean of course, whenever we are in town. We live in Naples Florida, but get to Akron at least once a year. As for their food, great sandwiches and soap at lunch. Give them a break. All is NEW.

Coffee options are plentiful but seating often is not. Friendly baristas that know their stuff.
