My birthday was September 1st. So I received a birthday reward. The gift happened to be a dozen Hot glazed donuts!!! I just used it yesterday so that was on the 11th. So 10 days after my birthday the reward was still valid. So grateful. I took my dozen to a family that never had the hot glazed before! The loved them!

Tried to order the spooky doughnuts along with my customized order. Recieved my customized doughnuts but not the spooky dozen. Paid in advance. Tried to call both the store where the purchase was made as well as the 1-800 number and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes with both neither responded.

Donuts are donuts, right? Not so. I know many people love these donuts! Nothing wrong with their donuts. I only eat glazed or sugar coated. I like it simple, no filling or dressing up of my donuts. That being said, I prefer Dunkin.

Quality donughts, you can always expect the same great donut and coffee Everytime.

I LOVE the Glazed donuts! I have to be careful with them ..because they are so good I can eat to many. Glaze donuts and coffee or hot apple cider..now thats a treat for my taste buds! Yummm

Stopped to grab donuts yesterday for the first time and the gentleman working in the drive through was SO nice, and had such a nice way about him. He was really careful to make certain he had the exact mix of donuts I wanted correct, thanked me for coming, and invited me back. And the donuts, well, they speak for themselves. Is there really a need to even write a review? Ive been eating here since I was a kid! They even filled my kitchen with donuts when I graduated highschool 20 years ago. The staff is new but theyre just as awesome as the older ladies that were there when I was a kid. Very clean, friendly staff, always feels like home!

I love these donuts, super addicting! The glaze is always a classic! Love the specials they run, and I love the fact I can get them delivered. The blueberry cake donuts are one of my faves, and the strawberry with the sprinkles are amazing! I dont know if I have had a donut from there I didnt like. Really nice

They gave our donuts to graduates. I like the donuts, fresh and warm. Krispy Kreme is one end of the donut spectrum, soft and melts in your mouth. They are like the cotton candy of donuts. 1 problem with this location is the parking lot sucks on peak hours

What can you say. Krispy Kreme is like heaven in your mouth. I dont think Ive ever had a bad donut from Krospy Kreme.

We must have been on another planet with all the changes. No more free glazed donuts when the hot light is on. Even though they advertised a free dozen glazed donuts if you buy one dozen..that isnt true. They said they didnt have but certain donuts BUT I could order them online and pick them up...I just couldnt buy them in the store. We drove an hour to get here. What a disappointment and shame on you Krispy Kreme!!!

Fast and friendly service even on Halloween when they had free donut with a costume and people in the line were being annoying. Fresh donuts with lots of flavors to choose from. Proud we have this place in Akron.

Drive through workers cant hear through the intercom, certain machines are always down, with no notes up; and orders take 10 mins plus for a single coffee.

First time on here. The floors were dirty and sticky. One of the young girls that were working the register went to pack donuts with the same gloves on that she used for money. Thankfully the lady in front of me noticed and requested that she change them before touching the donuts.

We caught the light on and they didnt disappoint they were warm and delicious melted in our mouths.

Its a long drive and long wait, but its 1000% worth it. The doughnuts were Favreau!

We have gone to this location over the years and the past few times we have gone have been very disappointing... they are always out of doughnuts or when you get them you have gotten the wrong ones... We went through this evening and ordered two original glazed and two chocolate iced cream filled.. what we got was two chocolate glazed with sprinkles and two “mini” glazed. Not sure I want to ever go back. Sad times..

We always stop here when we visit the zoo or my son has Dr appts. We LOVE Krispy Kreme. I wish this one had a little more variety though.

Doughnuts are always good and fresh. A little disorganized when it comes to online orders and walk in customers. Their front of the store is so small but there needs to be a better way to be able to pick up an online order where you dont have to stand in the same line with the walk in customers.

I visit this place to pick up a order that was already placed ahead of time the line was extremely long. like 50 people I would say 25 to 30 on the inside and about maybe 10 or 15 in the Drive-Thru. Well, i went through the drive thru waiting patiently when a woman cut in front of me and then threaten me if i said anything to her the situation really could have turned ugly. I didnt respond to her and im not afraid. It was just an infringement of my human right as a person. I would never get this mad at someone about Donuts or about anything else. You get one life and doughnuts or anything else is certainly not worth fighting about and its certainly not worth losing your life thats why I walked away.

Good but not hot

Yeah i usually go here like every week sometime everyother and then what i will never understand is that i use the app and pre order my order and then they say you order will be ready in like 30 minutes from the time you placed it and then when you go there drive thru is always out of the picture when theres always atleast 10 cars bumper to bumper and then when you go inside it says 4 people are allow in the lobby due to covid19 and by the time i get in there it has a area that says online orders so i stand there and they dont pay any attention and then the employees will just disappear and then after a hour standing in line i said i had a online order over an hour ago they say yeah we got it we have to get it together for you so what is the reason behind this its like i ordered something they say its ready to be picked up at a time and i show up and then have to wait in line for over an hour then just to be told your going to have to wait even longer since we didnt do your order that we got make 0 sense.

Not always “hot n ready” like other KK’s, but all their donuts are good, quality donuts.
