Great experience with this company! We had a wet spot in the ceiling and I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I feared someone would come out and not be able to figure it out either. It eventually got worse and I decided to call around. Sabrina came out and new right away what the problem was. Within a couple weeks, the repairs were scheduled and finished in one day. I was fearful it would need a new roof, but these guys were able to come out and repair it. Its a mess while they are working on the roof, but they did an excellent job cleaning up. It was like they were never there! Rich and the whole repair team was great. They even took a magnet around the house to pick up any nails that they didnt get. I would definitely recommend this company for next project!

I was really looking forward to working with KDCO. My first phone call with, I believe, the owner was very positive and professional. We scheduled a meeting for the estimate at 3pm on Thursday. At 3:20pm on Thursday I called the company to find out if the contractor had gotten lost, since they hadnt shown up. I was told that someone would call me back. I waited around the house until 4pm, but they never showed up. And its now Tuesday evening, and I still havent received a callback.

We just completed a second job with KDCO and have been impressed both times.Last year Sabrina and her crew put on a roof and subcontracted an excellent mason to rebuild our chimney.This year we had them put on new gutters and new soffits.All work was done quickly and at a fair price. Thanks to KDCO we know the bones of our home will be set for many years!

I scheduled an appointment with President/Owner, Sabrina, a week out in advance to survey and provide an estimate of my project. Day of appointment I waited 45 minutes for her to arrive but she DID NOT SHOW. I called the office twice (no answer the first time). Phone receptionist said SOMEONE would call back. Still no show or return call.
