They re-sealed shining fates packs with an iron to heat it together. The tamper proof ripples were smooth. They shouldnt be smooth. Also pack opened up just by me blowing into it. I was supporting mom and pop shops to not support the scalpers but guess I was wrong, you are worse than a scalper. Makes sense why they had that July sale for shining fates. I bought the ETB and even the plastic looked tamper proof.

I recently bought 4 Pikachu V boxes from their website and the packs are blatantly resealed in my opinion, have yet to open the packs but it’s pretty disgusting. Every pack is ripped and has a huge amount of glue like they didn’t even bother to try and hide it. I’m guessing this is why they’re able to sell so cheap for this 4th of july sale

I cannot speak highly enough about their staff. I placed an online order with fullgripgames.com and mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address. Natalie work with me over the course of the month while we waited for the package to be returned to sender and went above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced in the customer service industry to ensure that once the products were received my order was shipped out to my corrected address as soon as possible.If I could rate this 10 out of 5 I absolutely would. The cards I purchased were priced very competitively and came in exceptional condition and packaging.

Used to be the best place to go for Pokémon. Now they are the worst! Charging $350 for a Celebrations UPC on release day is like Best Buy selling PS5 on launch day for $1,500! Quit charging scalper prices! Save yourself double or triple by shopping at target Walmart or GameStop and do not go to this scalpers store!

Use to love this place but now their prices are ridiculous $100 for a celebrations etb when other local game shops are changing $55. They just sell at scalpers prices even though the pokemon market has gone down. Even with singles the charge dubble then what other lgs do. I will still sell my bulk here but thats about it.

No exaggeration, the store straight up smelled like armpit and a hint of despair. The nerds behind the counter acted almost scared to even interact with a customer like oh my God its a real human being 🤦🏼‍♂️Brah when theh actually did, they were rude. Like, openly. Located across the street from the haven of rest, so junkies and the Akron homeless population is more condensed to this area of downtown. The store shares the same building with a Dance Club, Tattoo Parlor, MMA Gym, Akron Pregnancy services, and a Gyro shop, which adds to the odd mixture of culture to the area.The store itself had a very select collection of what they had available. A large majority of the small card selections they had in stock were marked on the highest end of the market. Their inventory is mostly: D&D supplies, Board Games, and Playing card protection (mats, sleeves, and books). The staff watching from behind the small card counter did not interact with me and made me feel like I was not welcome to browse through their collections.

Ordered from them multiple times and always got my stuff quickly with excellent communication at each step. Also played a few online Tournaments with them and it was run so smoothly. Huge fan and will continue to get my Pokemon products from them.

Full Grip is the best place for your trading card/gaming needs and its not even close. Prices are fair and reasonable. Stock is healthy and the wishlist is great for catching products as they come out. Shipping is as fast as you can expect in a pandemic. But by far the biggest draw of Full Grip is the staff and customer service. Employees are friendly, very knowledgeable about their products, and will quickly work to resolve any issues with your order. I dont even bother checking other places, Full Grip has my back every time.

I have been a MTG player for many years, but kind of fell out of it. A buddy and I decided to hit up the Tuesday night draft tournament to get back into the swing of things. The staff was very helpful getting us signed back up and the other player were very tolerant of our slow nature while drafting. If you enjoy a fun and relaxed card tournament, this is the place for you. Side note, the amount of board games available here blew my mind! Fun place!

If you are looking for magic singles that are out of standard rotation go somewhere else. You wont find much here.I suggest freedom hobbies and games in canton for singles.However this is a decent place to shop if your looking to play in standard. They have some cool board games there and the staff have never been rude. Also this is a great place for tournaments. The store has recently expanded so thats a plus. Also the people that play there are typically pretty cool and friendly as well. All in all this is a great gaming store.

Purchased 4 vivid voltage prerelease kits. After opening them all I noticed one of the promo packs were cut at the bottom. Almost all the cards had a cut in the bottom center that faded the further I went back. After emailing them about the situation even though they couldnt recieve the photos I sent they sent me a new one and I got to keep the old one. They sent it out immediately! Not only that but some how I got a second one the day after receiving the first one. I was honest and let them know but they just said keep it. Not many card shops would do this lets be honest. It wasnt their fault there was a cut in the promo pack yet they still replaced it. I will never go anywhere else for my cards. Not to mention the awesome break deals they have and how honest they are with the prices and market values. This is the place to go if you want excellent customer service, variety, and fair prices. The 2 men that work on the weekends will give you the lowest prices possible on your cards just an fyi if you do decide to try and sell there.

I kinda got a vibe like if I went up to the cashier and said a secret code he could pull some strings and get me the real version of jumanji😅. I come here for pokemon & trading cards, but I can never stop myself from walking up & down the aisle to look👀. They have $1 candy & free activity books for the kiddos. But ok place for kids 6 & up. Theres mask wearing & social distancing😉.
