I love this place! Rick M. Is my favorite! Hes always very welcoming and friendly to my husband and I. All the guys who work here are all really nice and their quick about getting you in and out of there. I would definitely recommend this place!

When I got there they had o note on the door that they would return in 20 min. I waited 45 min before they actually returned and then they wouldnt accept my gift cards!

Gives you amazing deals on selling gift cards. Its literally the best place to go to if you have any Christmas or birthday cards your family/friends got you that you really dont want. Just walk in, get a quote and trade your card for cash on average you get all the way up to 75%-95% of the cards value depending on what store it is ..which compared to the online trade in or the card kiosk at the mall that is a very very good deal! I will always and forever take my cards down here as long as they are open for business!

GCL is great! I can promise that no other brick and mortar, cash and carry will pay better rates. Rick and Eddie are the absolute best and if you have a bad experience then you probably expected more for your card than its worth or you werent a nice person to deal with. Youll never find a place like The Loop anywhere else around the area, and the machines you can find in some grocery stores pay out considerably less for your card and have less open hours than GCL. Busy around the holidays, but thats to be expected. Check them out!

Just stopped in because of all the great reviews. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was looking down at his phone the whole time and just responded with a series of grunts. Asked if they bought the two kinds of gift cards I had, he proceeded to continue scrolling on his phone and simply shook his head. I understand if they dont take gift cards from certain places, I know pier 1 and hobby lobby arent the most popular but I took a chance since the coinstar kiosk would have accepted them but the employee working discouraged me from returning with new ones. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Off to the coin star!

I am not sure who the people are that had a bad experience at the GCL Akron and I’m sorry that happened to you. But I’ve been using them since they’ve been open for over three years now and every time I come in, regardless of wait time, which is never more than 10-20 mins if that happens, I have a great time in there. Ed and Rick treat me with kindness and respect and I look forward to when I can actually can do business with them.

I really love this place. Ive been a customer since they first opened on Arlington Rd. (they are now located on E. Market St).They make it very easy and they always offer the best prices. I believe they pay up to 80 percent on very popular gift cards (such as Walmart & Amazon) and theyve also taken steps to weed out unfavorable and/or fraudulent transactions. I always recommended GCL as the first stop to anyone looking to trade in gift cards for cash. You do need a valid ID every trip so make sure to always bring it. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend.

I get there to sell my giftcards expecting to be in and out after reading the reviews after 45 mins of waiting in line after the clerk behind the counter JEREMY was arguing with the customers in front of me after he had shorted them 50 dollars for their cards and when i get to the window he was very rude with me i told him how much was on the cards because it was taking him a while and he got an attitude with me for telling him how much was on it .. Horrible customer service if i could give no stars i would. I will not be back here because of jeremy..10/10 would not recommend. Go to giftcard machine not here
