The economy is opening up. So are many businesses. I stopped by, showroom closed.You have competitors that offer better access to products and service. Wish you well. I will not be back.

I have completely lost all faith in Airgas. First time customer. Walk into the showroom on ThursdayJune 18th. looking for a drive roller for my Lincoln Welder. The guy behind the counter (Jeff C.) found the part number I needed. Unfortunately that store didnt have it in stock. He said a store about 60 miles away had it and he could get it shipped from there. Should be here by the following Monday. Latest Tuesday. The part costs about $2 more than Amazon. But I believe in trying to keep local when its feasible.Tuesday comes around and I didnt hear from them so I called. Jeff couldnt give me any info. Couple days later I call again. Still nothing. After a week from the order placement, I finally got a manager who tells me they cant place a Lincoln order until they have 5 things to order. Told me it would be just a few more days.Wednesday July 1st. I call again. (Almost 2 weeks from ordering the part). Today, over 2 weeks since ordering, I tried calling 3 times. Nobody answered. Im getting the impression that Jeff just told me 3 to 4 days just to get the sale. Completely horrible first time experience with airgas.

Internet says hours of operation 7:30am - 4:30pm. Walked into store at 4:10pm and lady behind the desk yells, we close at 4:00!. Very, very rude. Did not need to yell they way she did. Could of said, sorry were closed now. Just very rude the way she spoke.

Overpriced! Paid $90 for a 125cf tank exchange of pure argon. Go to praxair instead...

This store is full of incompetence, lack of knowledge, and poor displays on packaging.Their store did not open until 20 minutes after posted hours, when I went in to find the product I was looking for I couldnt find it because all of the packages only have the advertising on the box with only a tiny description on the box of what the product is. When I asked if they have what I was looking for I was told I dont think so then as I turned around to walk out I ended up find what I asked for just to the right of the counter where I just asked for help.

I was in and out and the service was just as quick and efficient. :)

Way over priced. Would rather drive to orrville to where its $40 cheaper.
