I have never operated a tractor before nevertheless one with a backhoe he took the time to go over the tractor operations, maintenance, and features of the BX23S. He Explained the warranty and offered a full coverage insurance with a small deductible. Unfortunately our belly mower is on back order due to inventory shortages. Here is where he went way above and beyond he not only delivered the tractor to our home but took time out of his life on a Sunday, brought his tractor over and cut over an acre of our yard. When I tried to offer him compensation for his time and fuel he refused. This dealership is a family run business and I think you would be hard pressed to find any other company with this level of commitment to its customers.The Landi’s

Ive had a good experience so far. They sell stihl at MSRP like everyone else. The do sell pro line saws. They were able to get me Kubota parts in a fairly timely manner. Only trouble Ive had was They recieved a part in a wrong package one time, but they caught it before they sent me out the door with it. Its taken some time to get the right one though.

I came in today to get a 6 pack of oil. 30 minutes later I walked out with 2 concrete saws (which you can’t even buy right now because of the COVID Stihl shortage but of course they had a few). Anything I have ever needed, they have it. This was single handedly the best custom service I have ever witnessed. My used concrete saw got flooded and they showed me how to fix it & fixed it right there in front of me for FREE. They genuinely care about their customers and make you feel as if you’re at home every time. There is a reason they are the best dealer in Ohio. I highly recommend this store.

I was looking for a Stihl flowerbed redefiner. I was unable to find one for sale anywhere in the state of ohio. After being an agpro customer for years and getting no help. I messaged akron tractor on there little chat bubble on the website after hours on Saturday evening looking for a bed edger. They told me what everyone else did. We dont have one. Sunday evening Bob from Akron tractor messaged me and said he had a used one. He met me at the store Sunday evening at like 8:00pm to sell it to me so I would have it for Monday morning. Akron tractor has for ever earned my buisness. Thank You again and I highly recommend this dealership.

I needed a new chainsaw and decided on a stihl 291. I called around to see who had them in stock as we just had a huge wind storm. Ag Pro had them and wanted $599 for a 291 w/20 bar. Akron Tractor had them in stock also and are selling them at $469 w/20 bar. I walked into Akron tractor, was greeted and immediately got what I needed! I walked out of Akron tractor with the 291, an extra chain, 6 cans of oil, and a combi-sharpener for the same price that Ag Pro wanted for the basic saw! Always go to Akron Tractor first!

Very knowledgeable staff both in Parts Department and in Service. They’re always very helpful when I’m looking for the hard to find parts or have a technical question about an antique assembly I’m restoring.But I think the best thing is that they always have a cup of coffee to spare for me.

Its nice to have a local business with a friendly staff willing to go the extra mile! We bought a small Kubota from Bobby last year and he was very knowledgeable and their staff has been excellent to work with. They showed us everything we needed to know about the tractor before we left and then spent more time training us when they delivered it to make sure we felt comfortable.We even get follow up phone calls from Bobby periodically to make sure we are happy and he has always been willing to answer questions even after the sale. You definitely won’t get this kind of service from a big box store!They also pickup and drop off the tractor for service which is a huge time savor for us!

A little disappointed that I was so quickly dismissed by the guy at the counter without the slightest attempt at sourcing a hard-to-identify part for me. I mean, thats why I went there, because I was having a hard time finding that part. Then he sent me to a place 13 miles out of my way that was just as unhelpful. I was one of two customers in there so, I didnt THINK I was imposing but I sure was made to feel that way. Gonna take my business (and my money) elsewhere.

Good experience overall. Went in to buy a new string trimmer, knowing more or less what I wanted but had questions. Had a little misunderstanding about a trimmer but as soon as I spoke up and cleared up what I was looking for the salesman got me squared away, even after he had already prepped a different trimmer that was ultimately not the one I was buying. No pressure for an upsell or anything like some other Stihl dealers I have dealt with in the past. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Was very disappointed in the staff. Never received the quotes I asked for on an SLV75 and the salesman couldn’t tell me why it was better than the bobcat, very unknowledgable on the entire machine. Same goes for the grasshopper salesman, very unknowledgable on the product he was selling along with a poorer additude.
