Nice experience!
Researched and saved for years. Bought a 2020 Regent 42. Roller bent at 4hrs. The owner was going to charge me until I complained and they checked with Simplicity. Simplicity replaced the parts and provided shorter cables, so they were aware of a problem. After 2 weeks I got the mower back and the roller bent AGAIN at 7 hrs. The owner told me you have owned it a month but I will take it back and only charge you a 20% restocking fee. I paid $500 for the privilage of using thier mower 5 times (the alternative was to replace the rollers every other use). Horrible customer service. Horrible product. If you buy one, you might get stuck.

I had a great experience here. Prices we reasonable and salesman was friendly and not pushy he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I bought a great zero turn from them and couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. They took me outside and had me practice on it and showed me all of the controls. Excellent experience.

Beltz has a great reputation.i had some communication issues but Beltz was apologetic and willing to work through the problem. That is a sign of a great company. There are always potential for problems but is a company willing to stand up and take care of it. Beltz did. I hope next time there are no issues so I can give them 5 stars.
Good people out there I own a zero turn hey help me out anybody needing a zero turn lawn mower thats the place to go. They run forever as long as you take care of them properly and thats a place to go in case you do need a little service.

We are so blessed that we found this business. The people are the best and they do great work. We had a problem with our snowblower and they fixed it right up for us. We would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I plan to use them in the future if we need any of our equipment fixed.

Poor management on their part. They don’t know anything about mowers. Hard to find a manager or sales person to talk about purchasing a mower. Won’t listen to you if you are not buying right this minute. Better off buying from tractor supply down the road

Wouldnt recommended this place to take your equipment. They had my mower for 3 weeks . Charged me 300 to put a ground wire on . They replaced parts without my permission. Parts that i repleced right before I took mower there and they kept my new parts I just bought from them . I asked what was done to my mower and was told everything but what was actually done . Very bad customer communication ladies are nice but never deal with Tyler. very condescending individual and over charges for parts if he doesnt like you .
Poor customer service and communication. We were told we owed $118.00 for pick up and delivery and labor of our tractor that was under warranty and purchased at Beltz brand new last year. It was making a noise that got louder this year but apparently all it needed was greese and it wasnt covered by warranty. I was surprised by the treatment and response from owners wife Kara when I called to complain that this should have been applied by them when it was purchased. I was basically called a liar and was told that was hearsay and that we should know it needs greese every year. I chose this company to support small local business and their reputation. Never again.

Overall great..they did try to charge us $46.00 to test drive our mower,when there was nothing wrong with it. My husband refused the bill,they reduced it to $10.00

Had them pickup my riding mower from my house and wanted new battery, tune-up (oil change, sharpen blades, change spark plug) and return to my house. $350!! My car tune up is less than that and it had six plugs and wires and five gallons of oil. I was floored. Wont happen again.And now it cuts out when mowing, which it didnt do before and when my wife called, they said its probably just a safety switch under the seat and we should check it out first. I thought they were in business because theyre the experts in this area! Guess not! Unbelievable!
The personable experience has changed immensely the last few years. Only go there to get parts that I need at the immediate time.
Everything you can think of for your lawn mower for your tractor most small engine parts are available in their parts department and if they dont have it they can get it they also will cross reference your parts for their parts to see if they have parts that will work for example I have a John Deere lawn mower they cross reference the belt to get me a better belt for more moderate price great place nice people very knowledgeable

They are an authorized Troybilt repair facility, but when I brought my Troybilt weed eater there the mechanic told me hes not real familiar with them and suggested I buy an Echo. I wonder how Troybilt would feel about this interaction...

Knowledgeable & courteous staff.
Lawn mower was stalling and sputtering after being run for 20 to 30 minutes. Drove 30 minutes to drop it off at belts and they said they could not recreate the issue. Drove another 30 minutes to pick it up. I will update after I run it and see if the problem comes back again.

They were not able to help me get parts for the tiller that I bought new from them. They said parts were no longer available. So much for my lifetime warranty.
