I love this spot, I get all my alterations to new clothes here

I took 2 items one was a dress she didnt asked me anything gave me my slip to pick them up I paid in advance. I looked at my slip later & it said for the dress press only, I wanted them both cleaned, when I went to pick up & asked they said it was just pressed & to have it cleaned would cost $5 more, why should I have to pay More for their MISTAKE! READ UR PICK UP SLIP BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Ruined another shirt of mine... I liked this place but cannot trust them anymore. Their quality is hit or miss, and when its miss, it costs me a lot.
