Ordered one cylinder head for an 855 Cummins. The motor was diagnosed wrong and I ended up not needing the head. Called and talked to the owner (David) asking if I could return the head and the response I received was “what am I supposed to do with it”. The head is still wrapped in the original packaging and never left the back seat of my Volkswagen. Yes I was a first time customer but one of my two Pete’s needs an overhaul on its 855 and I will be glad to take the business elsewhere. Also talked to one of the guys in the shop about binging the head back a few days before and he said that’s fine bring it down. Made an hour and a half trip one way to find out that they went home early for the day. Just a bad experience that left me with a $421 boat anchor.
