Show rooms closed so I sat in the parking lot for 30+ minutes to order and wait for a part. If you have a store front at least be open. Should have been in and out in 3 minutes.

This is a pretty cool place has about everything you need for piranha pit bikes plus a large variety of other units well right now all you can do is orderpick up at the shop and short shelf is not open there also will ship to you as wellbut if you want the same day or the next day you cant go there and pick most visitors are open right but they are not

4 out of 5 only because no one gets 5. Great place to buy parts. I have been out of the bike scene for a few years. And the owner was happy to spend an hour of his time with me to explain what had come out for pitbikes even other manufacturers bikes too. Really a good guy i think i will be buying a bike from him in the future.

Over many years, I have done a lot of Internet shopping with mixed experiences. Everybody knows Amazon is great but, not every business fits into that category. Fast shipping and great communication. The Piranah 140cc is an incredible engine. Clutch cable, carb, coil, CDI etc. included!!! Easy install in a 1970 CT70. I shopped this engine and couldnt beat the price and availability from these guys.

Yikes. just shot them a call looking for information about the bikes. sales didnt really seem too excited to help. hard to think i was ready to make a purchase with these guys. might look elseware before i go back, to make sure im buying with confidence and the reassurance ill get help when i need it in the future.

The seller was great. In spite of repeated shipping problems, the vendor went above and beyond to make sure we received our parts, at no additional charge to us. Great communication and customer service.Weve had buddies order similar rims to those we ordered from a different vendor, and their spokes have loosened repeatedly, while ours have been holding good and steady.

Bada$$ customer service! Had an order get messed up in October called and the part never came 1 of 2 packages no big deal - just a throttle cable. Ordered the same part Feburary of 2020 with the same quantity of 2 and only 1 was received in the mail.....What the!? 3/3/20 - This time when I called the staff was apologetic, reviewed the orders and saw that indeed only 2 of the 4 have ever made it out the door. Beware piranha pitbikes are cheap and very dangerous. They have major defects that the owner is aware of and he doesnt care. Very bad customer service . Stay away...

So i ride a ktm 300 xcw and everyone is talking about how awesome piranha pit bikes are, so today and bought a new 2018 125 i did not realize how wholesale cycle was developed, pretty cool history!

Some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Walked in the door with my 10 year old son and was not greeted whatsoever. Walked up to the desk and the young dark haired KID never looked up from the computer so I thought he might of been really busy so I stepped back halfway from the desk waited and glanced around. Another young gentleman walked out from the back wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help and he quickly retreated to the back room. I continued to look around then walked back towards the computer patiently waited, then stared at him and he finally said something to the tone of do you need help with something?. I was so turned off plus they were unable to help me and my son and I left never to return again. Thanks and I will spread the word, Brandon.

Called asking for a 143 big-boar kit for a klx110 was told yes we have plenty of parts and can build you one to your personal needs. Drive a hour and a half one way to be told we sold our last cylinder last Friday. Wast of my day.

Be careful buying PIRANHA pitbikes from here and maybe other shops. I ordered one and had it shipped. Bad idea. The bike had major defects and zero quality control. I would of kept the bike for a discount but they refused and said to recrate it and didnt even offer to replace it! Bad customer service. Beaware of there terrible shipping from Road Runner Transportation as well. Owner is rude and doesnt reply to emails as well and I filed a dispute with my credit card company because the owner wanted the bike recrated/boxed up and his policy does not state to do so! Im a mechanic by trade and even went to a motorcycle shop to confirm my findings which were All approved. Do not buy anything from this company they will send you broken parts i ordered a 140cc engine hooked up everything right down to the clutch and it wont shift into first gear or ride in any other gear do not buy from this company unless you want broken or non working items

Just as they said, very smooth transition with our new bike delivery!the only negative is that out of two bikes purchase both gas tanks leak when we put gas in the tanks all over the floor the hoses were cut during building the bike, they need to correct the problem !!!!
