Akron orthotic solutions’s workers are beyond rude. Called to make a payment on My son’s ankle brace bill at 4:45 and their answering service person was awful and told me they closed. I asked what their hours are and she said 8-5. I politely asked if it’s 4:45 shouldn’t they still be in the office and she legit went off with an attitude and told me “It’s not my problem they left early” and then hung up on me. The actual specialists are nice but that answering service person will make me never recommend them to anyone else that many need their service.
