Excellent work. My softener quit working. They gave me an option to repair the unit or replace it. I went with the replacement and also purchased an RO drinking system. They turned up my water pressure as well. The install went smooth as can be.

Went to lakes water in seek of a 3 person inflatable boat. Found the boat i was looking for and found out i could register my boat there as well. The convenience and customer service experience was 5 stars

I dont think I have ever been treated so rudely by any business ever. Will not be returning. I went in for a boat registration and the man working yelled at me for not having a mask then refused to give me one (4 signs on the doors state they will give one if you dont have one) When I asked if anywhere else that has the service nearby, he just said not without a mask they dont . Sorry, I understand its your policy, and even asked for a mask as the policy states, but there is no need for the rude behavior. Ill drive for an hour if needed to avoid being treated that way.

Very fast, knowledgeable and professional. Megan handled my transfer of kayak registrations and told me about being able to use the remaining time on the previous owners registration, saving me $$. I was surprised by the amount of Home Water Treatment options they have as well as the boating and camping supplies.
