They took care of what I needed a washer and when I was finished with the washer, they came and got the washer..real good people to rent from

These people damaged a rental property of mine in a repossession. After going round and round with the store manager,it was turned over to Sedgwick claims(a 3rd party claims manager aka claim denier)Sedgwick had us get severa estimates and said the check was on the way,then turned around and said that Rent A Center was denying responsibility.Weird seeing as I have the manager Tom on video admitting negligence and that was also given to Sedgwick.There reply? SUE US......These people deserve to burn in hades. Stay away.....

Been a customer for over a year now and have no complaints!!! Staff is awesome! If I forget my payment, they call to remind me without all the usual rudeness youd get from other places!!! Love these guys... AND GAL!!!

Great people and great employees. I work in retail as well and its funny how some people who give them 1 stars are all alike. The one thing they all have in common is THEY NEVER PAY ANY BILLS ON TIME. These type of customers will always point fingers when the main issue is themselves. Yes... it is only business when you agree on something and PAY for it. I paid off 4 items from there and received all the items and never had to get a phone call because its called being on time. Thanks for the great service and products. Look forward on future business transactions! By the way, ill make those payments as agreed upon and on time!!!

WOW! Thats all I can say. Its been a little while since Ive seen such poor, rude & unprofessional customer service. I am not a customer, nor will I be. I called their Alabaster 119 location today, as a potential customer and the person I spoke to first put me on hold as soon as he answered the phone, only then to come back and be rude. Could not give a legitimate answer to my question or an ETA for delivery if I made a purchase. (BTW, my the purchase I was considering was a TV). Nevertheless, Rent a center, will not be getting ANY of my hard earned money!Thanks for letting me know upfront what to expect, totally saved me from making a big mistake!!!!
