Exceeded expectations when I went in for an oil change, 3 tire purchase/installation, and, alignment.Also, cleaned my windshield, and, windows inside and out! Unexpected, but, very appreciated!

I went to get an oil change I was told to be two to three hours wait and he said I could Make a appointment next day but I wasnt in town

Kelly at the counter is always friendly and helpful l, ready to answer any question (and I had plenty!) without any irritation. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I’ve been pleased with my purchase and service here with my first Ford!!

Marty in the service department was fantastic. He listened, asked questions, was professional, and friendly. He kept me informed about the vehicle and work being done. The issue with the car was corrected in a timely manner and the vehicle interior was properly protected from dirt/grease/ etc...This service department is how all service departments should be run.

It is the best place to go for minor stuff in Shelby County. I take there three cars. F150 2010, Odyssey 2012 and Fit 2010. Always get the best deal on quality oil change and tire rotation. Especially my Odyssey 2012 needs fully synthetic 0W-20. I paid $75 at 10 min oil change (Firestone I think) without tire rotation. Quick Lane has always some kind of deal for me, so I dont pay more than $55 with tire rotation. Recommend to anyone.
