Good store with a lot of different stuff from groceries, clothing to kitchen appliances. You can get good deals on stuff and you can look for coupons online also. Stylish clothes and shoes for adults women, men, teenagers and kids. Store always clean, smells like coffee because it has Starbucks inside with delicious coffee and always carts at the front. Also available pick up option. I came today to store to get free baby welcome kit in the customer service. If you are pregnant just register on target online and get your barcode for free baby welcome kit.

I have Always enjoyed shopping at Target. For the most part the Employees are Nice and Friendly. The store is clean and Ive rarely hand to wait more than 5 minutes to Checkout and they seem to always have enough cashiers on duty to checkout their customers without making them feel that you Must use the self-checkout registers.

The one thing that could make this place better is for it to be a SUPER target !

I had a small list of commonly available items I needed. Left the store empty handed: not available at THIS Target. The worst experience of all was in electronics where all I needed was a phone charger for my car. Employees WAY too busy to be helpful. But management really does need to do something about their stressed out attitudes, as if they are exasperated to have been asked a question. 😂Been to a lot of Targets over the years. This one, never again. Four rude employees in one store? A new record.

What surprised me the most was being able to find products for my hair. This target is definitely curly girl friendly. Kudos Alabaster target! Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be back soon.

Store clean-Staff friendly-Well stocked-Only drawback is that it is not super store-so sometimes it is easier to stop @ Walmart if I need produce or meat plus household stuff, rather than 2 different stops

Everyone working at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. There are plenty red shirts to help you find everything. The store is clean and well stacked.

I drove to this location from Alabaster because Alabaster is not a Super store. The 2 representatives (one showed me where phones were n one at phone dept) were EXTREMELY kind! Went over n beyound to help me!Ask 2 representatives at the Why 150 location where phones were. Both pointed n didnt bother to help me. Told phone representative I needed a consumer cellular phone for my sister on lockdown at a retirement village n he could not open package and offered no other service. Rude people except at Starbucks! I will not be back to this location!!

Was self checking out and scanned a snack package twice since I was buying two of the same package. A short fat woman with short hair was watching intensely and thought I hadn’t scanned the food twice then proceeded to come over and check . This target already has reviews for racially profiling so no surprise. Not sure if her checking to see if the bills we paid with were counterfeit was normal either.

Wow the bathroom was disgusting. Not too many people here but the trash was overflowing and no toilet paper on my stall.

Wide isles for walking

Dont shop here because the women in the Security Department are nasty, rude and bad actors. A customer took one bag too many and one of the cashiers called the police. The two scary women were very unprofessional and dressed like they didnt have a dime to their name. Although it was a 6ft apart requirement, they were all up in the customers face. The Store Manager promised to call the customer back about the harassment; but he never did. Thus, its easy to see that leadership skills at that store trickles down creating awful employees. What terrible people. Such inhumane behavior is why the store is losing customers. Stay far away.

Other than self checkout, there was only 1 register open on a Saturday, and had to wait 15 min. I personally do not use self checkout, due to the fact, it allows them to cut jobs from our citizens.

Went to this location to pick up a few items. The store was fine. It was when I went to go get a drink from the Starbucks. The employee never spoke or recognized me standing there for at least 3 minutes as she fixed drinks for her coworkers. She just ignored me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wont spend my money there.

Went to this location today to pick up a few food items. I was disappointed to see that half of the items I needed werent carried by Target and several of the other items were out of stock. Great store for general merchandise, but if you need food items Id consider looking elsewhere!

The employees at Target are truly AWESOME and the customer service is Superb. Ive never shopped anywhere else that can measure up to the quality of service that Target provides. Im willing to pay more on certain items because of this kind of service.

I did the store pickup from ordering online. It was great I ordered before work, stopped on my way home, and was on my way home again in under 5 minutes. I love the product and it looks brand new.

This is my favorite store. But, since Corona, Tues and Wed mornings are for elderly or VULNERABLE people. The guy out front sees that Im younger. I may not look it. But, Im 45 years old with high blood pressure and severe anxiety. I go at opening to avoid people. To get what I need in peace. Which gives me peace. Some vulnerability isnt visible! I stopped using the pharmacy also. Its literally never open. Not for me. I know there are other days. I dont always have money or need something those days. But, ok..

This has been our go-to Target for years. It’s the closest location to us (Calera residents), but fortunately, we also have the best experiences at this location than the other Target locations (especially Hoover).The last time we were at Target, we made a pretty big purchase. We saved up and planned for a new TV and settled on the LG brand. The particular model that we came home with was on sale and we were able to take advantage since we are Red Card members.We got our TV home, gently unloaded it, to discover that the TV was damaged.Not to worry, our knight in shining armor was there to help.Before we made the trip to Target we called to make sure that they had the model that we wanted in stock. They had 1. I even got the awesome associate, Brandon, to measure the box for us to be sure it would fit in my SUV.Brandon was the person we called when the TV was damaged and he was immediately empathetic and understanding to our situation and walked us through our options: 1) return the TV at Alabaster and head to another location to purchase a new one or 2) head to another location and exchange the TV for the same model as long as they had it in stock.We never have a poor experience here, but Brandon made this stressful shopping trip seamless and worry-free. He was calm, informative and he was genuinely happy to help us. So this review is a shout out to the stellar customer service we received mid-September and this is one of the many reasons we will continue to shop this location!We seriously can’t say enough good things about this associate! Thanks again!

Coming home from the beach the wife and kids needed a pit stop. As most ladies she loves Target. Well put together store, good clearance stuff. Nice staff and had everything in stock that we went in for and then some. Only recommendations would be cleaner bathrooms, other than that good experience.

Target has everything I need and stuff I dont need, and didnt even know I wanted until I seen it in Target! Plus, theres always an employee available to help. No walking around trying to find someone, they are always in that department!!! And if the checkout lines start getting more than a few people in them, more magically opens up!!!!

Used to be my go-to store, but their customer service is horrible as of late! We also use their pharmacy and their pharmacists and techs are just awful!!! attitudes are sour, Im pretty surprised they have a respectable job. It seems to me this store is going majorly down hill!!

Its a small Target. Definitely not as diverse as Hoover or 280, but okay.It has a Starbucks (that the other Starbucks stores make fun of lol).A small grocery area.Clothing selection is okay.My wife says it has a good selection of bras.

Cluttered and alot of stuff not in Stock. The extra shelves they had in the walk ways was messy and unobstructed. I usually have a good experience there but i guess with the holidays they cant keep up.

Rude Customer Service on an item ordered online to be picked up. Employee was short and unhelpful when my husband attempted to pick up an $20 order of drinks for me. He had my email confirmation and has done this several times in the past with no problem. Man at the desk was not helpful....seemed to enjoy being rigid. I will not shop here again.

Very poor customer service. Associates walk past customers without speaking and intentionally hang up the phone when they dont feel like answering questions. And when customers call back, no answer. Inexcusable.

Target rocks. This location is not a super center, and they often have only 1 checkout lane open during the week during the day. No self-checkouts, so its not a fast in-and-out for us SAHMs. Maybe this will change.

They had no clue what they were doing, service was awful it took 30 minutes to exchange a case, one lady didn’t know what she was talking about a customer service, then I go to the Electronics section and that guy apparently didn’t know how to read a register. All in all, I will NEVER go back there.

Nice store...was pretty well organized.

Bought a bunch of furnature had a young man christian come with a flat and him and cJ loaded the boxes into the flat and took it to the front. Our cashier was super helpful as well. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. CJ and another man brought our flat outside and loaded my van. I appreciate how helpful and nice everyone was.

Will not be returning back to this store again, I was racially profiled at the costumer service deck today. Spoke to a manager and nothing was done.

The cashier was EXTREMELY rude!! I was on the phone with someone while in line. However, when I was on the phone, he was still talking to the customer that he had just check out. First off, he didn’t speak or anything. So I spoke and asked him how he was. He told me that I could actually continually shopping as long as I’m done by 10 because they close at 10.So, I’ll be returning before the end of the week. Even if he’s a very long line, I’m going to wait just for him.I hate that I didn’t get his name.
