Just went to get groceries I am sick of people not having any care in my groceries. Chips go on top not on the bottom I can’t Understand how difficult that is to understand. If you can’t do a simple thing like bag groceries get a different job. Was very last cash register 1:12 on Wednesday November 3rd. Also more than one open register would be cool

I am 73. I filled my own bags and carried my own groceries out while the bag boy helped a healthy looking man in his 30s or 40s. Didnt make he feel very valued.

Awesome bakery and i came in late and the girl was still working and offered to write on a birthday cake for me. No complaining just very nice and she fix my cake right before closing.

Very clean and well-lit, produce is fresh, meat fresh, friendly people. Shelves are full and staff looks happy to be there and eager to help. I was asked by staff members on two occasions if they could help me find something.

I love publix but recently asked if they could make the summer wrap in the sushi department still have not seen it.

Customer oriented, although if you pick up a prescription for someone that has an RX savings card on file, and you dont mention, you want receive it. I paid over $30 more for a prescription, that he normally gets for $8. She didnt even ask me!

Always clean, organized and their staff is very polite and helpful. A family orientated experience unlike the Wal Mart Neighborhood Marketplace center where you feel like you are being herded in there and out like a bunch of cows. This is actually his wife Sherry posting.. I have never seen an employee group (from Customer service to grocery baggers) who is more helpful and friendly. They truly care about the customer and his or her needs. This group is exemplary. I look forward to the day we no longer wear masks and am able to see all of the friendly expressions and signs of true helpfulness .I wish I had had a group like this when I was working!

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. There is a pharmacist that isa little snobby but the helpers are always nice.

And I live out of town so unable to be with my parents...So again I want to thank both David an Allison for making my day truly a pleasure! At the Publix in alabaster Alabama.

The deli is horrible. Bad customer service. My husband picked up a box of wings a week ago. They were old, dry, cold...and they came from the hot bar. I went tonight around 7:15 and there were no wings in the hot bar. The lady in the deli was rude and told me it would take 45 minutes to get wings. I left and went to another Publix. I called and spoke with the manager who was not interested in my experience at that store. He was very condescending. He said I could get the wings in the cold section. Then he told me that they only prepare call in orders at that time of night because they end up cooking and throwing them away...but he just told me moments before to buy the wings they box for the cold section. I should not have to go to a Publix in the next city over to get good service. This store is the worst.

Publix is a very nice place where you can easily find what youre looking for when youve gone a lot of times to know.

Ive read multiple reviews about issues as the Deli, I would have to agree with most. I visited yesterday and the clerk acted like she was put out that she might have to make me a sub sandwich. When I began telling her my order she interrupted me to state that they were out of Boars head meats for the subs...thats cool and all, but I didnt ask for Boars head meat. Why interrupt someone multiple times. She really acted perturbed that she had to assist me. The sub was OK, I would have liked to have added some stuff to it, but her attitude just made me want to get the basics and get out. Oh, and I ordered later in the afternoon, there was not a line, and I was one of three people at the counter, so it was not because of a rush.

I deliver groceries 7 days a week and constantly work in Publix stores all day. It was a huge disappointment to find out the seafood department closes at 830pm and I could not get my 2 small crab cakes. You would think if Publix closes at 9pm, so would the seafood department. I would have loved to snatch some during one of my delivery orders, but the seafood department is usually backed up with a long line at most Publix stores I go to and it would be rude of me to wait 15 or 20 minutes in line for myself rather than deliver my customers order on time... You know, customers come first... I learned that years ago and. would always serve those last minute customers, up to 30 minutes AFTER closing. It just seems like Publix customer service and urgency has been lacking lately.

The deli here can never get my sandwich right. On top of that, they are pretty slow. Tried a few times to get a sandwich on lunch break and by the time I finally get my sandwich I didnt have enough time left to eat it.

They are taking COVID precautions very seriously and are always courteous and friendly. Would not shop anywhere else.

Went shopping in the first senior shopping special hours day, seniors had gloves, wipes, masks and shocked to see no employees with gloves on the lady that rang up our items nor the bagger gloves, so confused someone explain this to me.

I love this Publix! They know us by name and are always so helpful! I only shop here. I love the fact that they help you take your groceries to the car because I can get my two girls in the car while they unload my groceries.

Love shopping here! Great selections and it seems like theres something new to discover in there everyday. The staff are great and friendly! Prices can be a bit high on the unusual stuff but its totally worth it and they do offer great off-brands

Great store. Love the people. Im in there so much I know many of them. They are great and so customer friendly. They have been quick to resolve any issue such as sale prices and not having enough of something in stock.

My favorite place to shop! I always tell the staff that its truly a pleasure to shop at Publix. The sales and deals are great, staff is ready to help and overall its a wonderful experience. If I have to, and I mean have to run to the store...this is my first stop and most times my only stop because they have what we need.

Staff is superb. Management is quick to solve problems. Only one employee of this store has ever acted inappropriately and that individual was transferred shortly there after. If you cant find it at Publix, you probably dont need it anyway. Love this location, but I find that every Publix I have shopped in from Alabama to the Carolinas has been excellent.

Prices are good when they are on sale, otherwise expensive. But the staff are always pleasant and courteous, and today they were extra, extra courteous and extremely helpful. It was worth the extra 30 seconds of my time to give the guy a compliment to his manager.

This is the only Publix I shop at, I love the pharmacy I get almost all of my meds here. They are always super nice. I also love the Deli to.

Publix use to be one of my favorite places to shop...but not anymore. This is the second time in a month Ive come to get something and it was 3.00 more than the usual price. Explanation....I guess the prices have gone up! No kidding!!! WalMart has them beat on almost every single item now EVEN WITH THE BOGO...Im so sad and disappointed. I use to be your biggest supporter and fan. Now...Im forced to shop at Walmart.
