I filed my taxes February 2,2017 and have not been notified that the IRS has received my taxes until today March 2, 2017 a month later! So my taxes are still processing the IRS rep told me that my taxes were going to be mailed to me after they are processed. I gave Lisa my bank account info to have my taxes deposited and she didnt even enter it BUT she took my bank info which doesnt even make sense. I will not use her again!
