BUYER BEWARE - I helped my son purchase this 2013 Ford focus on June 1, the check engine light came on as we were leaving a lot, but they said it was because the car’s interior light had been left on while they were cleaning it. They got it to go off, but the vehicle started running rough the next day. We carried it to a dealership and it is the transmission control module, which is in a shortage right now due to electronic parts on back order. It has been sitting at Long Lewis Ford waiting the part to come in since June 2. He never got to drive the car, there is no end date in sight on the arrival of the part, and I have been on back order since April 22.They were trying very hard to upsell him on another vehicle when we were at the lot, and they were very insistent we buy the extended warranty which we did. This will be covered under warranty, but it doesn’t do us any good since we have scraped everything we could together to purchase the car and it has been and usable for the four months we have owned it.

I bought my 2021 Nissan from RPN. Had a easy and great experience. He allowed my father to test drive it, and had it cleaned and filled with gas when I arrived to pick it up. He was super Paperwork took less than 2 hours and I’ve now had my car for a month. No issues!

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a 2014 SantaFe Sport 74k miles from this dealer with the warranty (which is useless). Today the vehicle has just over 79k miles. Drivers seat panel which controls seat broken, wiper fluid dispenser has a hole and doesnt hold any fluid, needed rear brakes ($500) had less than 1000 miles from time of purchase, A/C would blow but not cool ($500 repair), was just told last week during service...vehicle needs drive belt ($300) and sunroof drive system ($1500). I tried to use the warranty for the seat and the wiper dispenser (claim denied). Called dealer about the problems & denial of claim 120 days after purchase...dealer denied vehicle had any issues. This dealer should be truthful with EVERY purchaser and be willing to repair, reimburse, or replace items within a reasonable amount of time after a purchase. Especially when they know the warranty they are selling if useless. If you can have your vehicle inspected prior to purchase I would highly recommend you have that done BEFORE you give them any money.

It was very easy to work with them. Every employee was helpful and we found just what we were looking for. I will definitely check with them before a purchase another vehicle.

I would definitely recommend RPN! I purchased a car through Henry recently. There was zero pressure. He was honest about the history and any flaws or issues of each car. He helped me get financing and the pricing was great. They have a nice selection of cars and one of the owners is a mechanic so they go through each car they have. I was really impressed.

Was looking for an SUV 3rd row but couldnt find one that had low mileage or outrageously priced. So my husband suggested a van. I came across RPN website while searching and found a 07 Honda Odyssey with less that 80,000 miles which is rare given most have 200,000+ on them. My husband test drove it and we where in and out in about 2 hours thanks to Henry. They have wide variety of vechicles to choose from and offer 3 different types of financing options if you have need it. We are very happy with our purchase now have enough room for all 4 kids.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! We purchased a vehicle here on Saturday morning and the car went out that evening! While getting the car towed off of I-65 N, we discovered a quarter sized hole in the bottom of the motor! Of course, they were closed Sunday and when we called at 9:45 a.m. on Monday the owner Napoleon gave us a bulls**t story about revving the motor causing the hole to form. Really within 4 hours of purchasing the car and 1 hour of driving it!!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

I recently bought a Chrysler Minivan from RPN Motors and was very pleased with the service and the car. I worked with the salesperson, Henry, he is very friendly and was happy to answer my questions and welcomed me when I visited a couple of times. They provided carfax history. Never was there any pushy salesmanship or pressure. The price for the car was very fair for the year and mileage.

Small lot with a bunch of choices for cars. The one I looked at was a little bit rough but the staff was nice and I did not purchase here.

Went above what you expect out of a used car dealer. Honest and up front in their dealings. Large invetory for such a small place great selection of low mileage reasonably priced cars. Will work with you on financing and do all they can to get you into a good safe car or truck. Family owned, an over all great place to but a car.
