They just dont carry a variety of shoes there its ridiculous

Had a great experience here buying Adidas for my 6 year old. Was helped by two different people and they were extremely knowledgeable about shoes. We were greeted at the door, and experienced zero saltiness. The complete opposite as a matter of fact.

This is the worst company ever. I placed one order for 2 pairs of size 13 mens sneakers. When I didnt receive them I called and they said they were delayed because ups didnt pick up. They then confirmed they were sent. I received one pair of size 5 youth shoes (not the even the same shoe I ordered) I called and in order for them to send the correct shoes they had to recharge me. I have no idea why I agreed to that but they promised they would be expressed shipped and I would receive in 3 days. When I didnt receive them I tracked it to find they had not been shipped. So now I have been charged almost $350 and have not received anything from them. They are giving me a hard time right now on the phone and are refusing to refund my money. Again blaming UPS for not picking up the order.

Love love love this store. They always have the greatest selection of t-shirts and hoodies, baseball and softball stuff, and the staff is always fantastic. Join the rewards program and they are easy to collect and redeem. We love it!

It was a very nice visit they had what I was looking for and the 2 people that were working there was so helpful and very friendly ! You dont see much of that anymore when you go to shop especially at this time of the year most are not helpful at all and wouldnt smile if they had to but remember a smile goes a long way folks !

Rude To customer,Im complain to Mrs Taylor.Im a Chef so I know customers are always #1 priority no matter where they came from or what they looks like you have to make them satisfy whenever they come to you. She did not explain item and and price to us properly, I asked her that is this ok to 5.6 yrs old she said, its depend how they big are And I asked Some more small plastic bags but she said that too much I bought seven cloths for each because these are for gift. PlZ be nice to customer cause we pay for it, and we expect for it.
