I was really impressed by the quality of service. Dr. Rowland explained the eye exam steps thoroughly, unlike previous eye doctors that I’ve gone to. Overall, I left satisfied with the service and found some really nice looking frames.

What a pleasant experience...! A co-worker sustained a minor eye injury while cutting wood today. Dr Rowland and Amber were very accommodating, got us right in, removed the debris, administered drops for pain and infection, 20 minutes later...all good.!Thanks again for excellent service.Jim and Kyle.

I find Alabaster Eye Care to be great all-around. The optometrist and his staff are great and super friendly. Im writing this review, though, due to what happened on my third visit. My frames had broken, and I called to find out if they were still under warranty. The warranty had expired, so I had to order new frames. However, they worked with me on the price and also offered me the frames that were on the display rack so that I didnt have to wait two weeks to see again. They saved the day, and within an hour of calling and sharing my dilemma, I was walking out with new frames and eyesight restored. They went above and beyond to find a solution, and I am grateful for businesses like this one that still put their customers first.

Great service. They have excellent hours and dont keep you waiting.

The staff here is great and their glasses selection was awesome.
