Staff (lady at the front) was friendly but wasn’t interested in figuring out why my $10 CVS brand coupon wouldn’t work in my Cvs product. Removed it from my purchase…….coupon expired now. On the positive the store is clean and well organized.

Man at front was very rude. I realize English is his 2nd language, but that is no excuse for rudeness. I will be going to another store in the future.

For some reason you can never talk to a pharmacist youre waiting well promise youll wait till you die by the time they pick up the phone pick up the phone Walmart I call them in a minute at the most baby chill they pick up the phone here 22 minutes still waiting the 2nd time the 1st time 16 minutes its a joke

Worst customer service ever! I went in to buy some toys that were buy 1 get 1 free on black friday and they were not ringing up that price. I asked the cashier/manager and she said those were not for that price. I told her I had bought some already at another store and even showed her the ad and she told me to go back to that store! Sherry is her name. Rudest person ever. Worst service Ive experienced at CVS!

I just had probably the best service in over 20 years shopping at CVS at this Alabaster, AL location. The store manager went above and BEYOND to help me with a coupon I was having trouble with. I was VERY IMPRESSED.THANK YOU!

The pharmacy here is great. Ive always gotten terrific service and they have good prices as well. My husband that works late nights is disappointed about the shortened hours, but we can make it work.

CVS pharmacy is very helpful and if you go when they arent as busy (ASK them when theyll be less busy and theyll be happy to help). Im in and out with questions answered and hardly any wait time. Better prices, will check coupons and discount cards for you to compare prices. The store is OK. Needs more help and selections.

Ive been coming to this CVS for about 20 years now. Always good service, always good sales and the pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make it very convenient to let me know when my prescriptions are ready, and which ones are ready. They will even remind me when it is time to fill one. And I get coupons every time.

Pharmacist was very rude and didnt want to explain my prescription to me. I usually dont need consultants but considering I was starting shots I needed advice, I ended up going down the road to walmart pharmacy and they were very helpful

Store opens at 7am or whenever the heck they want. It is now 715 and the pharmacy people at least know how to get to work on time. No wonder they have a 3.7 rating. Dont waste your time. They have no clue when the manager may show up.

Save yourself some time and go literally anywhere else. At least there is a Redbox outside.
