Horrible 7 days and I still haven’t received a refund. Walmart was supposed to deliver to my home and they never showed up!!! They never answer the phone.

I paid $12.95 monthly subscription for grocery delivery, 10 minutes from store. Twice the deliveries were over 2 hours late with no notice, one of which never made it.

I haven’t been able to place an order for 6 days now. About to delete the pick up app and shop at Publix.

Do not do pick-up here. They dont answer the phone, and they dont seem to care.

For several months now I’ve been using the pick up and delivery service through Shipt and WalMart b/c I’ve found it convenient and easy. But the Alabaster’s WALMART has no showed my delivery order now 3 times. Each time I’ve called to complain to no avail. One time the girl from door dash who delivers the orders said she got a request from Walmart and when she arrived WALMART said they didn’t have a order. What? She just magically knew to go to Walmart and ask for my name. So how would she had know to go get my order if WALMART didn’t dispatch her too? Whatever people! Don’t offer a service and not have your act together. There system sucks and delivery manager Valorie or Victoria literally hung up the phone. They can’t handle the volume of orders and shouldn’t offer that service. Sticking with shipt it’s cheaper yearly anyway.

I give up with Walmart pickup ..each effort gets later later often delaying 1.5 hours after they send ready to pick up txt! If you can’t provide the service as promoted just don’t bother Walmart.

They are never staffed for the amount of pickups. Wait times always go over 30minutes and sometimes up to two hours. No good.
