Went to upgrade my cooking with the air fryer appliance. The staff was incredibly helpful, and polite. Got a great item at a competitive price. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing.

Easy to place an order curbside pickup. And what a pleasant surprise it was to deal with the employee who brought it out. Cant wait to purchase something else from this Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Location at Alameda Shopping Center is great. Ample parking be patient as its a popular place with one stop shopping there! Staff were helpful. When at check out be sure, if theres a sign saying its 50% off, that at check out they apply it!! Now I have to go back to point out they over charged me! The clearance items had a sticker on it...not the items displayed with 50% off sign! 😡

My best visit to BB&B. Usually the staff is less than helpful, but on this visit I was really impressed.

BB&B in Alameda is great. It’s more spread out and better organized than the Jack London Square location. BB&B is still my favorite home goods store. I love how they carry everything from nice champagne flutes to Mrs. Mayers soap. I appreciate that I can call and speak with a person.

Typical BB&B store. Clean and well organized. Picked up numerous items to make my 4 month stay more comfortable while on assignment here. Love the clearance area!! Never know what kind of treasure you might find at a steal!!

Went to get some Turkey brine. And left with a big bag of great buys from the discount section. The cashier was nice too!

One of the best places to buy stuff. Fantastic customer service. They go out of their way to help. Unparalleled return policy. You never have to buy anything with worries that you wont be able to return it if you dont like it or it doesnt work. Reasonable prices and fun shopping experience.

You know they have good deals and if you don’t need help you’re probably fine in this location. But I’m thinking for the people who get overwhelmed at the amount of stuff here the staff isn’t the greatest. The manager is very rude to customers who are trying to find a card or a coupon and “holding up the line”. There isn’t anyone really on the floor and it can be quite dirty at times.

Whenever I go to this area I go and visit this place. For me its kind of expensive but I love the stuff here. people working here are also very nice and helpful.

Things are pretty expensive and not the best quality, but this store is closing so everythings 20% off right now.

Bill helped order drapes not in stock. I love the customer service here. Plus I got a great buy on a blender.

I ask for customer service she told me she was sending someone 45 minutes later no one showed up to help me. They are short on help. Couldnt buy what I wanted

I was in and out very fast. Smooth experience today.

This location is conveniently located and is laid out really well. Im always surprised by whats on sale here.Their restroom (f) is usually clean and there are several stalls. Conveniently located by the front entrance as well.The staff is friendly throughout the store and registers. My only complaint would be that they like a single line at the registers but its not clearly marked exactly where this should begin so its a bit confusing when youre ready to ring up your goods and get on your way. Its also why I cant give 5 stars.

LONG line while I was there! Only 1 cashier and she was new. Be patient...

They do not accept returns or exchanges wihout the receipt - proof of purchase. They used to be very customer friendly stores but not any more...

Customer service is much to be desired.. That is because theres little customer help on the floor. And if by chance you do ask associate for help...the response I got over and over was I dont know sir. In short....do not go into this particular store with expectations ..Its very likely you will leave as I did..very disappointed.😞

This is one of my favorite Bed Bath & Beyond stores in the Oakland area due to its large size, large selection and easy free parking at the mall lot.

Pretty typical for a BBB, definitely better than the one in Oakland Jack London with a better selection and better service. The staff seem helpful most of the time and Ive been able to find what I was looking for easily.
