Despite its sort of Liminal feel an associate is easy to find for my crafting needs. From small beads to specific glitter styles.Thier selections are quite large and everything is well sorted. Always my go to place for crafting needs.

Michaels is a good craft store with a big variety of craft supplies, toys, and art supplies. Its a great place to go for last minute craft or art supplies needed in a project, and when in the area a fun place to stop with your kids to look at some toys such as small and medium plastic animals, slime, and puzzles/ games, and crafting materials. Give it a try! Probably one of the best craft stores in our area.

From recommendation of my classmates from my art class they told me to go to Michaels to buy painting supplies from the brand called Artist Loft and honestly for the acrylic it is much cheaper than where I would go to buy my art. For sure reccomend to buy your art supplies here because its a bit much cheaper! And more discounts with their coupons and becoming a member for free!

I always love coming into the store, they always have everything I never knew I needed...The story is like a love-hate relationship, sort of like the dollar store, you always go in with the few items in your head that you need... Then you always generally come out with a lot more then you came in for! So fun to get crafty and its so fun to build ideas in this store! This one in particular was very clean and organized, it also had a wonderful clearance section. But most of all the staff was friendly and warm-hearted to me being in need of help.Thank you!

Cashier Bertha was amazing we had a lot of items and she was patience and wrapped all of our glass items up. She even ran out to give us one we forgot she deserves a raise. Will Co shop at this location again.

I ordered some Christmas decorations online, they were available next day for curbside pickup. It was so convenient, as soon as I got in the parking lot I gave them a call and they sent a worker out with my order. So easy...love the convenience and the employee was very friendly. Went to pick up an order my daughter sent from out of State with all the information including confirmation and who signed for it. My question was if they had someone there by the name and if so could she check Her response was I cant tell you that.. Of course I asked to speak to the floor supervisor.The person kept telling me it was not there and no info found, then finally she took the next step to look for it inside delivery cabinets but never physically touched the boxes on top of the cabinets. She finally called the floor supervisor and she walked right up to the cabinet and grab a small box with my daughters name on it.It appears more training is definitely needed before the real rush hits the store!!!

The custom framing department here has the best customer service. Theyre super creative and take personal pride in the art they create with clients. Devondre took good care of me and has a great eye for what will make the art look its very best. The frame and matting are just perfect for the piece and Im very pleased with the results. Will definitely bring more of my artwork here for framing in the future.

I really miss Beverlys but this particular Michaels has a lot of items and their staff goes above and beyond. That makes a huge difference to me.

Customer service is always with a smile.

Total purchase including tax is $26.74. But $31.98 was charged to my credit card. I pointed out at the checkout, cashier didnt credit me, gave me the store manager name and phone number instead. Called the store manager and customer service a few times before giving up as I was kicked around different department entities. Poor customer service and handling of their own error causing over charging customers.

This is my favorite Michaels. It always has all the crafting supplies I need and is a good sized store. It can be crowded during holidays. I highly recommend getting the generous coupons they send by enrolling online. They have good deals almost every week and things for kids to do at certain locations.

We found a perfect picture box we needed.

No point in ordering online when it says same day pick-up but they can’t fill your order. If I would have known that I wouldn’t even have ordered. Three small tubes of paint doesn’t take hours or days to fill. Michaels will be the next store to go belly-up because of lousy customer service that can’t follow online promises. (FYI this is why people use Amazon compared local stores online “options” that aren’t truthful.)Some should tell the stupid cow that waddled outside that she needs to learn manners. If the store cant fill same day orders they should go work for a company that pays them to watch paint dry.

We just had my son’s 6th birthday party here today. We were able to fit 15 kids for a monster theme activity party. All the kids had fun and enjoyed all the many projects they completed. Each kid had so much to take home too. All the parents thought it was such a great party. We just brought in the food. Sam and his staff were terrific! It would not have been a success without them.

Our daughters birthday party was truly a success. The manager Sam and his team were absolute rock stars. Love this place they have everything for any kind of craft or art project. Tons of supplies for specialized crafting and stenciling makes them a valuable retailer in my world. Also sell containers sufficient to cover for my boycott of the container store and their rude offensive employees

Don’t not frame there if you need quality framing....Staff is nice and polite but I don’t believe they are knowledgeable and trained enough. So many imperfections with the finish product. The stretching is not done well at all especially for larger pieces. Go to a framing store, it’s worth to spend couple hundreds dollars more and get the quality desired.

Its what you would expect of a craft store; they have everything you need in general but not necessarily what you may need in terms of specialty items for your craft. Staff at this location is friendly and helpful.

Well stocked store with helpful staff. The framing staff is very good and allow one to take their time when choosing frames and mattes.

Im not an artist, but my daughter is and she loves this place. Staff is helpful and they do have a very good selection of art supplies for painting, drawing, etc. The front also has a lot of toys and knick knacks that kids like. Sometimes they have 10% off coupons, although I havent figured out when.

Michaels is a craft store and should not pretend to offer art supplies. I dropped in last week looking for gouache paints and there was little or nothing on the shelf. Im sure I could order it online, but I prefer to buy in store. This is an item I would have gotten previously at Beverlys, but Michaels came to town and Beverlys went out of business. In general, the stock of actual art supplies is pretty poor. If you want to decorate a cake, do some scrapbooking, or make a wreath out of fake flowers, youll find overflowing aisles.

Families need to get together and do some more artwork or craft work or sewing together. This place has everything you need to improve your home or you business. And make nice gift ideas. You can make the gifts. Families need to get together again and do things together.

I can usually get what I need as far as supplies for non holiday projects, but to get holiday themed supplies I must be ready to purchase as soon as they hit the shelves. Coupons are a plus as well, and their in store price reductions really help with the spending. Store is fairly tidy, staff are always helpful, but sometimes hard to locate. I do enjoy this Michaels location, lots of available parking.

This Michaels is my favorite location. I enjoy my early morning shoppers trips best. I often feel like I have the store to myself. This makes it easier to think up 500 new projects and spend more.

This location is one of the smaller Michaels. I didnt understand why I couldnt find certain products there...but could find them at other locations. Fortunately, Sam, the manager there...took the time to explain this to me and helped me to understand what was causing my frustrations. Thank you, Sam, for taking the time to explain things to me....so I can have more enjoyable shopping experience.

So many things to look at. Miachels always had a good selection of crafty supplies. From art stuff to jewelery making. They usually have good sales coupons. I also like the various in store sale and clearance stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy parking as well.

Look for the coupons online they have high prices but when the 50% coupon is available its a steal. Most items when on sale are still over price.

I always visit Micheals and depending where you go it can be on a scale of 5 to 10: organized, diversified, interesting or Culturaly mixed in its merchandise. I LOVE OFF BEAT JEWELERY AND ART MATERIAL which seems to be missing, including the glam and glitter and matls and special sale items.

Better than any other Michael store I been in this one is cleaner, people are nicer and its actually organized.

They seem to have issues with keeping some areas stocked, whenever you ask about something theyre always waiting for the next shipment. Nonetheless its still a decently sized selection and the parking is easy. Im not into scrapbooking but they seem to have a lot of things for that at this location

Store is kept clean and tidy. Its a quiet place to shop. Ive been there a few times and havent had any bad experiences.
