Terrible customer service. would give no stars if i could. walked in to this place and wasnt even greeted. no one even bothered to look up at me. came in to sell some supreme and the dude behind the counter lied and said what i had was dirty and stained but the room is so dimly lit you cant see anything. another dude came out and mocked me as well saying to another worker bro would you even wear this?. left and took my business else where. theres much better stores in the bay area so save yourself some time and dont shop with these clowns.

Expensive Store But Really Good Services

Bought some shoes at the Pleasanton mall in Stoneridge. Need to work on the customer service. No hi when I walked in or said thank you when I purchased. Just bagged it up and said here you can go. Didn’t feel welcomed, I’ll shop somewhere else next time.

Definitely a HIDDEN GEM in Alameda! They post deals on IG everyday so make sure you get there before it’s gone! They also have very friendly service and gave me great suggestions!
