Came in today,. 9/6/2021 Labor Day @6:20 pm. There was only one other customer inside and she was buying a cake. There were 5 employees in the store and just my luck, I get the one withe the fed up attitude. Im pretty friendly, older and I utilize a lot of restraint dealing with some of these young people who were raised in a different kind of household, or want to test the customer to see if one will jump over the counter. This chick whos very short with the extensive false eyelashes, has nothing but pure attitude and rolled her eyes. Who needs the drama for 2 scoops of ice cream for $6.69?🙄

Bought 2 hand-packed 1lb 8oz tubs. I thought they might be light so I actually weighed them and they were each 1lb or less so 1/2 lb light each tub. Keep in mind they $11 a piece. I drove back yesterday, they apologised and packed them correctly. No offer of any courtesy for my trouble! I asked for a single scoop, the girl was visibly annoyed we cant do that her colleague gave permission. Ugh if they werent the only local store with my seasonal favourite I would not go back. Cannot recommend

I wish I could give this establishment of 0 * instead of a one star out of five Atlantis Wars I dont have any cash but looking at please try a sample of your ice cream. And I was told no we dont do that here with a very snotty attitude towards homeless people which bothers me because Ive seen tons of kids going there and get free samples all day long so based on these fires and almost socioeconomic status based hate I gave this establishment Obispo rating one of the worst Ive ever going to any establishment

It is what you would expect, delicious icecream and kind customer service. I recomend pineapple coconut flavor

Excellent service That girl there was very courteous They have a policy of one group at a time and I think that was a great idea Over all our experience there was great.

Ice cream was good but it comes from somewhere else. Servers did an OK job but wouldnt hurt to crack a smile. Floor was dirty but we didnt eat off of it. Will most likely go back!

Staff was super friendly and didnt rush the family at all. We had Elevens Heaven and Upside Pralines, which was awesome and worth the trip. So good, I didnt have time to take a pic

Great ice cream shop at a nice location. Lots of flavors to choose from. The scoop is unbelievable big. Love the chocolate mint smoothie. Definitely need to give it a try. We tried green tea, pink bubblegum, wild’n reckless sherbet, very berry strawberry ice cream. Kids loved it.

Very nice and clean setup. Lots of flavor to chose from. I saw a lucky boy got a ice-cream cake with his picture on top of the cake. What a wonderful way to make a birthday boy happy!

They are constantly running out of Waffle cones. If you like Waffle cones, you should call them to make sure that they have them. They have the machine there to make the Waffle cones, I dont understand why someone starts making more as soon as they see that they are getting low

I love this place buy they need to keep there floors a lot cleaner

Service was quick and fortunately, the cake I wanted was ready to go. I remember the writing a lot better on my childhood cakes but at least the spelling was correct.

Not one to normally complain but i sent my sons father to get me a banana split.. Usually i get a banana split... I literally have a banana with nuts . The ice cream scoops are so unbelievably small 😭😭😭... Not a happy camper especially since i made him drive all the way from Livermore, to go to this location to bring me ice cream at work in Oakland

Pretty good here. Many flavors to choose. Make sure you beat parents with kids in line. If they are ahead of you, it will be a long wait. Great views of the estuary waterway as you eat your ice cream outside. A little pricey, but Tuckers is more expensive. Them and Round Table are the only tenants to come back after they rebuilt the whole shopping center.
