When they are available they do a great job. I have tried multiple times coming in and calling to have them fix my watches in the last 2 weeks but no one has been on site. Very frustrated. Going somewhere else with my business,

Brought a watch to fix. Needs a very specific size pin that I could not find anywhere. She tried to fix it for about 10 to 15 minutes but could not find the correct pin or did not have it in stock. Did not charge me anything.

I stopped at this shop today for lubricating my watch and it was done properly and instantly. Price was very reasonable as well. Service I got was great! Now my watch doesnt sound loud as it used to be. Thank you and I will surely come back :)

My wife had 5 watches, all needing batteries and pins, and one a watch band. Arrived late afternoon, was helped on the spot with repair in hand and on my way in a short time. Really good service and would recommend to others.

AJR just dont do it it will be worth the money to find another watch repair place. After doing business with them for over twenty years the owner Jeff wouldnt even talk to me about the only dicrepency I had. SadDont do it

I had the same experience of just waiting for him to get back from lunch 2:15.I hand him a Pulsar P3 from the 70s, and he seems confused. He opens the back case, I tell him the battery number, but he puts in the batteries reversed. We then have a discussion where I say can you check the connection points “I can’t do that” “that would require me taking apart the watch” I reply aren’t you a watch repair store? “again I can’t do that”.Now I get my watch is very old and needs repair but is that not the concept of a watch repair store?If you’re looking for discounted straps, and a quartz battery replacement he’s your dude.

Ive been coming here for quite awhile for all of my families watch repair. Fast repair, good prices, nice guy. It is inside the CVS to the right when you walk in.

My burberry watch stopped working over Christmas break, so I assumed it was the battery since its only a couple years old. I was apprehensive about just going to a random place to get it fixed, so after doing some research I found this place.As many others have mentioned, this shop is INSIDE the CVS, to the left when you first walk in. I gave my watch to the guy, he told me itd be about $10, and it took no more than 5 min.Everything looks good and I couldnt be happier. Especially for the price!

Well there is a sign that says lunch between 1-2pm. I’ve been sitting here since 2pm and nobody here.....it is 2:26 pm now......not a way to run a business!!!
