They do offer reasonable storage facilities and rates, however its barely worth dealing with some of the office staff and their policies. I found Alicia particularly rude and generally unhelpful. The office has a policy that you have to fill out a notice to vacate form before they will stop billing you when you want to leave. I think that they do everything they can possibly think of to make this process difficult including losing the form and blaming it among their office staff.

Good, affordable long term storage option on Alameda, as long as you have reasonable expectations. It is not a fancy climate controlled experience - just a dry place to keep your stuff.

This place is great! They have a selection of options, secure premises, good deals for first month rates, and you can even store vehicles including boats and RVs! I’ve been with Alameda Point Storage for years now and I have no complaints. Very affordable and friendly staff! Regina and Alicia are always great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage to family and friends.

This storage unit was selected by my mother to store my belonging when she downsized and then moved to senior housing. It was selected because it was the cheapest option in the area and no other reason.Access is limited.The aisles between units flooded during the little bit of rain we managed to get causing water damage to items inside the unit and mildew to all my childhood toys.

Been using them for a few months and Im pretty happy. The lockers are old and cheap but sound. Theyre a few centimetres smaller than they advertise, though, so check the actual dimensions before planning how to arrange your belongings.

Used this place for over 10 years. Shed and parking were always well priced. First month free is a good deal!

Its the cheapest place I have found to store my gear. Everything about it is bare bones from the people that work there to the storage units themselves. I thought I wasnt going to visit my stuff more than once a month but I ended up visiting once a week because it was so accessible. Note that you cant access the gate after the sun goes down.

So sorry I accidentally posted one star by mistake....I highly recommend this storage facility and they have a great staff running the place.

I called about my storage and they said it was fine I had a week to pay and they sold it the next day

Been storing my things here for a couple of years now without any problems and occasionally our car in their car storage lot across from the main facility. Most of the staff are very nice and accomodating especially the manager Regine....shes the bomb...tell her Richard sent you...haha

Id like to give this place zero stars but google isnt giving me that option. The staff are less than helpful and rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!
