I have had Pella come to address installation issues related to older micro blinds that had been strung elsewhere. On their most recent visit, their representative Al Castellon installed the blinds. He is truly a master of his craft. Very efficient, very professional and punctual. An excellent Pella brand ambassador. Its rare to come across an experienced journeyman like him, 5 stars for him.

Pella experience from the initial order to delivery was excellent. Scott was very helpful and carefully measured and recommended the proper windows and doors for my project. Marvin H from the delivery/warehouse was in constant communication with me during the delivery process and was courteous and helpful during the delivery.
