B&B is by far the best most quality minded body shop in town. they pay special attention to every detail. if you want your car fixed right than this is the only place I would go. they also use factory parts for the perfect fit. Unbelievable craftsmanship Bud and the crew are highly recommended.forget the big shops B&B is the only place to go you wont regret it!!!!!

I needed a small roof trim replacement job done on my Mercedes. I checked with a couple of local shops and they didnt want to do it...to small of a job for them. I found B&B and stopped in. Chris was extremely courteous, gave me an estimate, ordered the parts and installed them. Everything was done at a very fair price, quality work and on-time as promised. Im having him do another project for me. Highly recommend B&B to anyone needing body repair services.

The headlights in my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan were fogged over and it was hard to see the road at night. I took it to Bud and he was able to take that layer off and now my headlights are completely clear. My van looks like new! He even dropped me at home and picked me up when the job was done. I’ll be going back to B&B!

Brought vehicle in on my appointment day (Monday) was told it would take 3 days maybe 4 at the longest. After 4 day of waiting with no call (Thurday) I called them to inquire about my vehicle. They said it takes a lot to same it down but in filler and paint (small ding less the nickel sizes) they said lots of wait time for drying. After telling owner my husband has seen my car every day in same spot on his way to work (base) and way home and never looked to be moved and that he would come see what exactly has been done to it the owner at this point informs me they havent even started on it. I have 7 kids and without my car and never called to say they were behind way behind. Its understandable that things happen but it was the rudness of the owner and lying that I said I will pick up my car for them not to work on it, the owner was rude yelled good lick finding someone and hung up on me after I had been nice after being lied to. This was a USAA claim and their preferred shop. Yea I reported this all to USAA. Do not recommend very rude and lie. The man that works at desk was kind. I debated about writing a review but decided to mainly due to how extremely rude the owner was after I was kind even after being lied to and this was a USAA preferred shop.

They got my car back to me in a day! It looks amazing and the customer service is awesome!
