I made an appointment for 1pm on Friday 14 Dec 2018 for a front end alignment for my 2000 Ford Mustang 3.8L V6. @12:50pm (after I was done putting in my new parts) I arrived and met with (assuming it was) Jerry the manager. Nice, cool, funny old guy. About 1:15pm he took my keys and brought the car into the shop (he estimated about 1-1.5hours completion time). I was sitting there worrying they were going to refuse the alignment, even though there was new parts on, due to Martins Tire Co trying to charge $600+ for individual part (ball joint, inner/outer tie rods) and services. After sitting until about 2:20pm if I recall correctly, one of the Technicians walks in with the keys telling Jerry Surprisingly it runs really good. (For those who are curious, I hadnt taken offense to the joke and had laughed some as well for its an 18 yr old car). I got my keys back and payed the $60 service (pretty damn cheap, 55.95 plus tax).Well in the Shorter version, I wasnt just pleased but highly enthused with the service I was given. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an alignment done (especially if your on a tight budget). Even better, he wants you to come back for them to check if you are unsatisfied with it or if you feel something is off. Now THAT is good customer service and backing of their services.

I had used this place in the past and had been satisfied so I referred my brother in law there when they moved recently from Minnesota. Jerry looked his truck over and showed him what it needed and quoted him $375 for the repair. When he went to pick it up the bill was $750-double the quote. Said not easy repair although he had it up on the alignment rack and had ample time to access the rusty pieces when making the quote. No more referrals from me.

I could not have been happier with my service here. I just moved to the area and my old jeeps brakes quit working. It was fixed really quick and at a reasonable price. Jerry is a great person to work with and he has a great staff too! I took a difficult frame straightening project to him and he fixed it and then helped me with installing new tires. He was very fair with the cost and I am glad I chose his shop. I highly recommend this business!

Jerry was able to schedule us in to align our travel trailer. He and his crew stayed late to get it done for us. So far as we can tell all wheels are rolling straight down the highway. Price was reasonable and only time and the tires will tell how straight.

The best at alignments in the town. They absolutely make you feel like part of the family. Beware, their parking lot is tiny and you WILL need tan appointment.

Stopped by to see when these guys could swap out a set of rear shocks for me and they said have a seat we will put it in and get those on for you. Very impressed with the customer service! Ill be back if I ever need anything else worked on

This is undoubtedly the best experience for our rv service. Jerry Browning is obviously very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He went the extra mile for us in transporting our rv to a tire shop and then returned it to his business for alignment. We feel he is extremely trustworthy and fair. Would highly recommend his business.

Jerry is an honest guy that stands by the work done in his shop. They made a mistake that caused excessive wear on my new tires. I took it back in and not only did he fix it but he replaced the tires without me even having to ask about it. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone will make it right. I wouldnt hesitate to use this shop again.

Every time I have gone to J & M he has given me fair prices. I will continue to take all my vehicles to him.
