As a local business owner, I understand the hustle of accommodating everyone in the community. I used culligan over the past year and it never worked smoothly. They would give me a time to expect them and it NEVER happened on time or even remotely on time. They refused to commit to a time for water delivery. The pandemic definitely made this a bit more difficult but Culligan refused to simply call me in advance to deliver to deliver water knowing I was working remotely. I would not recommend them. Not timely and they dont follow through with what they say they will do. You are better off filling water yourself!! Poorly run for sure!!

Love all the different Waters you have there love coming to fill my bottles

Ive lived in Alamogordo for 4 years now. I have had a water softener the whole time, but knew absolutely nothing about it. I took mine apart, rinsed everything out, then found out the yellow stuff (called media) stays. I took it to culligan, and they were SO friendly and helpful! Honestly, the best customer service Ive gotten in years. Better than chik fil a, seriously. They filled it back up for cheap and even delivered it to my house. The two gentlemen that delivered it was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, Culligan! My skin feels so much better and rashes literally vanished within one day

Everyone here is great! The lady at the front is kind and knowledgeable. Matt explained the whole soft water system and reverse osmosis to me so I could completely understand what I was purchasing. Aaron installed our system and was professional, punctual and trustworthy! They are better priced than other places, we are so happy with their services and signed up for their salt route.
