No idea what they are doing! Supplies are all old and out of date.

Wondered if this establishment cares about putting the customer first. Had a problem with a special order window and it took several messages with various employees to get a call back from somebody. All I wanted to know is that someone is working on the problem instead of taking messages and nobody letting me know whats going on/or not.Once somebody called me back, we worked out possible corrections to the problem.. I think if somebody had at least acknowledged that if somebody had forwarded me to the correct person in the beginning, then things would have been a more favorable rating.
