Terrible Service, did work for them after first installer did the worst job on the carpet Ive ever seen (turned berber carpet seams the wrong direction, miscuts, bad strip work)Then when my install was finished, had to threaten with a lawsuit to get paid!!! Said that trim needed to be fixed, and a seam needed work!!! All I know is that when I left the trim was installed and the seam they said needed work was beautiful, but was still willing to go look it over and see if anything might need worked on!! Been installing floors for over 20 years, and am 3re generation installer in the business, makes me a busy man, so after several attempts to get a key from them to look at the job with failed attempts my Wife went to drop off a bill and the crotchety old man yelled at her, and wouldnt pay!!! Tried to say it was a bad install!!! Finally after talking to his son, and him trying to play games mentioning he had pictures of how bad it was.Only once I mentioned that I had pictures of my install did they offer to pay me!!! Can only think that they wanted to try to get some of their money back from first install, and either lied about my work being bad, or sabotaged my work to try to get out of payment!!!! Horrible, horrible business!!!!!! My pics are posted, judge it for yourselves!!!

After getting quotes from the big box stores Lowes and home depot, I thought lets check a local store. Im glad I did. Picked up same quality carpet and upgraded pad for near $1000 less. Also no extra fees to move furniture around while laying carpet. Crew was friendly and helpful. Carpet still looks great.

Got a recommendation from my realtor to check them out. 20 percent less expensive than Home Depot and Lowes to replace all the carpet in my house and the quality of the carpet and workmanship was at least equal to or better than what I wouldve expected from the national chains.Stop by and see Mark.
