This is the third vehicle that the shop has repaired for me over the past 16 years and I was very satisfied with every aspect of the service. Pam took care of contacting the insurance company of the driver that hit me and quickly secured a rental car for me in a matter of minutes, as mine was not drivable. The other drivers insurance company never offered a rental by the way. Alfred (owner) then offered to drive me to pick up the rental car at the airport. Alfred was very up front with the estimate and time to fix the vehicle and in the end, he was able to repair my vehicle for $1,000.00 less than the original estimate, with my permission, by cutting out some cosmetic things that I didnt feel necessary for the vehicle.All-in-all I can honestly say that Pam and Alfred went above and beyond in everything they did and I would definitely recommend their shop to anyone. I am totally pleased with my vehicles repairs 100%!

Very knowledgeable as how the appraisals are read and if questions will explain to the customer as to where the customer will understand. I recently brought my mothers car in to have some front-end damage fixed, from a hit-and-run incident at local big-box chain store. The staff at Valley Collision was exceptional. The repair parts were ordered and in stock in just a few days. Once everything was in-house, the staff went above and beyond and picked-up the vehicle from my mothers house and repaired the vehicle to like-new condition in only four days. Their work was impeccable. Afterwards, they delivered the repaired and cleaned vehicle to my mothers house. Their work was exceptional with outstanding attention to detail. We are exceptionally pleased with Valley Collisions work, turn-around time, professionalism and courtesy. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Valley Collision & Custom Painting. I give this business my highest recommendation.

It was a bad experience I had with this business. They did not call me before proceeding with repairs as I requested. Rarely answer the phone, phone is messed up and cant leave hi voice message, are gone during business hours with no sign saying when they will return, wouldnt answer my questions when the vehicle was not ready at the time promised and then when I asked more questions she accused me of attacking her. I think I was lied to. When the man called a few days later trying to win the work back he gave a different reason for the delay than she did. I took the vehicle to a different shop to have the repairs finished. I cannot recommend this business.

They put 600 miles on my car while it was in their shop and completely denied it. Possible front for drug trafficking.

They refused to give me a estimate because Im white. Said they would have to appear in court. My vehicle was vandalized by local racist hating on my out of state plates. If I show a judge a estimate from a body shop there is no way they can summon them to appear in the hour. Just a lying racist. They refuse to do business with Gringos.

I went in and asked for a quote to see how much it would cost me to fix a couple scratches on my car, he turned around in his chair and said I was wasting his time. Didnt look at my car or anything. I was there for a total of 2 minutes.

I’ve been working with these guys for the last 2 years, the pervious reviews seem a little mis leading. Pam has always treated me fair.

This dude is dumber than a sack of hammers.
